Ordered before & never really had any issues, then recently ordered from them & got a text from the owner himself letting me know the product I ordered was out of stock & offered me a flavor swap of the same product they did have in stock or a complete refund. Completely taken back by this customer service & wish more business would operate like this, definitely looking to retain than reject. If you are looking to purchase samples of pre-workouts before you commit to a full tub, look no further, Ruesco is the only big name in town that does it It. Also, it is incredibly rare to see online retailers put such a high focus on customer care, and Ruesco is definitely top of its game in this department.

I reached out to Marc at Ruesco because of an issue on my order. He spent significant effort investigating my issue and detailed to me how the issue occurred and how he proposed to resolve the issue. Even though Ruesco was at no fault in this particular order, Marc stepped up and offered to make me feel completely happy with my order.

These guys are the best sup outlet out there. They consistently stock top-notch hard to find stuff, have fair prices and super quick shipping. FedEx broke one of my deliveries and Marc took excellent care of me in minutes over chat on their website. They also throw in freebies too (see: water jug pic)

Great site! Very reasonable prices! Have purchased from them for a quite a while and never had any issues with the site. Only thing that has been problematic for me is the shipping. However, I know this does not fall on them. I am unsure if the USPS that they are closely located to receives a great deal of packages, but packages always seem to take a while to move. Just seems a little crazy to wait 5+ days for a package when you’re located two hours away. I have also had a package lost before. Nonetheless, with the exception of my shipping experiences this is an incredible site. I’ve spoken with customer service before (Tommy) He was extremely friendly and helpful!

This company is by far the best I have ever dealt with. They got my order to me in a couple of days. They messaged me to tell me the flavor was out of stock and which ones were available to switch to or cancel my order. They sent me numerous samples to try since what I ordered was going to be discontinued. I highly recommend this user friendly site.

I’ve spent more time on hold with the cable company than what it took to get a response from Marc. And he followed up with me once I had received my order. Used to order from them online for many years. They used to have a store in Manville NJ. I live in NJ, but never took a ride to their location. I needed some sleeping supplements for my family member asap. Set up my GPS and it took me to Somerville. Had to call because GPS led me to a residential area and I was confused. The owner told me he works from home now, but you can still do local pickup. He met me outside quickly with the product I wanted. Great experience! Ruesco is my new supplement store! They have the BEST Customer Service and they really care about their customers! USPS delivered my package to the wrong house and when I was unable to speak with someone at USPS, I decided to call Ruesco to see if they could assist me with contacting USPS. Marc answered the phone when I called and he provided me with the best customer experience that I have received in a very long time! He patiently listened to me rant and complain about my lost product, and when I was finished he told me not to worry! He said if I didn't receive it by the end of the week, he would send me another product to replace the lost product. I felt so much better after speaking with Marc (the anger and frustration disappeared), and his staff also let me know to contact them if the package wasn't delivered or found by the end of the week.

What an amazing company. This company goes above and beyond for their client, even responding back at midnight to a concern that I had late in the day.

What I liked most about the team is that they found an opportunity to up sell me an additional product by asking a few additional questions about my needs. This art is lost in today’s world where an algorithm is taken the place of a human stating: “because you purchased this... you may like this”.

Their preworkout selection is A1, I always know I can a limited edition/hard to find product there. I always end up going back because the prices are good but what I like the most is the shipping speed. I ordered something Saturday afternoon and it was in my mailbox on Monday. Can’t beat that
