Carriage House Inn

I've enjoyed the downstairs accommodations for many years in a row when I come to our 9 day conference in July and extended workshops in October. I've stayed here so regularly I think of it as my home away from home. Suzanne is very attentive and responds quickly to any requests. This unit is very comfortable for 4, and has that charming country character that makes it easy to settle right in.

I’ve stayed at the Carriage House Inn several times over the years, and I’ve always loved staying there. Suzanne and John are helpful, thoughtful hosts, the accommodations are clean, comfortable, warm and inviting, and the surrounding land is beautiful with incredible views. Plus, the pond is a great swimming pond in the summer! Highly recommended!

This is definitely the place to disconnect from the city and breathe fresh air.

Delightful house 💖🌸

My husband, daughter & I recently stayed in the downstairs apartment of the Carriage House Inn. We attended SUNY Delhi's family weekend. Our stay was very nice & peaceful. Our daughter stayed with us rather than her own dorm room(especially after she saw how nice the apartment was). The apartment was perfect, very clean & in close proximity to Delhi & other surrounding towns. John & Suzanne have a beautiful home, Inn, location, property, views...looking forward to the possibility of staying again when our daughter graduates in May '23.

We LOVED our time at Carriage House Inn! Suzanne and John were very welcoming and have created such a lovely home for guests. The upstairs room we stayed in was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely little kitchen area that was perfect for our stay. Their property and the surrounding area were very fun to explore. We couldn't have been happier with the cozy little inn!!
