As always, friendly, efficient, caring, honest, and thoroughly informative. I trust them implicitly and would (and have!) recommend them to anyone, especially if your experiences with dental offices have been subpar. Crosskeys is truly a different level of care.

Ok so going to the dentist isn't tops on our list of fun things to do but when you have discovered a group of professionals like those at Crosskeys Dental - Dr. DuPré, Dr. Badali, Michelle, Molly, Yvonne and many others - who are also fun to know and visit with, you know you are in good hands. We have been with this office since we moved to Fairport (and before they did!) and wouldn't go anywhere else!!

Due to life changing, I decided to change my dental care ... I had previously used the same office for ~20 years. I searched potential practices, read many reviews. I finally decided to transfer to Crosskeys Dental. I now see, why so many have reviewed this office so highly.
They wanted to get to "know me" before just jumping into a cleaning or anything ... it was casual conversations, lots of questions AND listening ... they made me feel welcome and well understood.
When discussing a plan of "what's next" ... the compexity of my medical issues were addressed with how to best handle my dental care.
I am super happy to have made this change ...

Tried this practice while looking for a second opinion and was sold! Dr. Badali is an excellent dentist, he listens carefully and presents all the options in a clear way. The staff is wonderful too. So it had been years since I had been to a dentist and I finally made time for myself to get an appointment. The crosskeys team was more than excellent. I was extremely nervous about an anticipated laundry list of services needed from lack of being to the dentist. I was pleasantly surprised and comfortable with everything recommended. The team did a great job with my exam and X-rays. Vince explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions thoroughly and professionally.
The office was extremely clean and has current safety guidelines that made me feel extremely comfortable. 20 out of 10 recommend. Thank you for amazing service!

Being I'm older I've seen many dentists through the years, some were good some not so good. The Cross Keys Dental group are above and beyond the very best. Everyone there works for the benefit of the patient from the time of making your appointment until you leave the office. Dr. Badali cares about each one of us, as if we were his own family. I, my husband, and our daughters have all been cared for, with the ultimate of skill by the doctor, and all his staff. I highly recommend the Doctor and his whole staff.
