I called Perinton Dental with an emergency broken tooth because my husband is a current patient, but I had never been seen there before. They were able to get me an appointment for the next day and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Anna helped me to feel at ease in the office and Dr. "Ro" Ummer proceeded to fix my broken tooth and addressed some other issues that will help my dental health in the coming years. He was professional, helped me to feel at ease and took great care in explaining everything that was happening and the use of the fantastic technology that Perinton Dental has. The office is clean and modern and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. There is no doubt that they strive for excellence in care, and I feel they have truly delivered for me.

Umm hello… second to none. Had the most amazing experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. The entire team is hyper focused on making you feel comfortable, physically and mentally. I had a routine cleaning at Perinton Dental today. Jenny, the dental hygienist, did a great job; polite, thorough, very professional. Since starting with this practice in 2022, I have been very pleased. Everyone has been courteous, helpful and very focused on doing quality work.

Had a cleaning by Michelle. She is the best!! Thorough and fast because she knows I don’t love it!! Stephanie offered a non invasive x ray and was so sweet and professional. And Dr. D’Elia did a quick check and explained things very well. Best dental office!

As usual I had a pleasant experience with my 6 month cleaning appointment . In and out in a timely manner I may or may not have dosed off in the chair for a few moments. I was told that something in there (my Mouth) has improved so I left with a sense of accomplish, and bragged to my friends the rest of the day.

The dental hygienist was very good, along with her assistant. It was a very pleasant experience. I felt welcomed and listened to. My teeth never looked cleaner!

My sister is seen by Dr. Ro (Dr. Ummer) and he is gentle and takes time to listen and explain thoroughly what he is going to do and what he believes needs to be done. The office staff is equally as wonderful, being responsive to my questions and requests, as I work to assist my sister with medical and dental issues from afar.

I've been a patient for four years now and won't go anywhere else. All my dental needs are met, the staff is nothing short of kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm awful in the chair and they are very accomodating and thoughtful. Ten stars if I could give it.

Dentist Peter D'Elia, hygienist Lori and the office staff were so friendly and very supportive.
Not so great experience previously at another dentist office but here they put me at ease. No pushing to do unnecessary work, good explanation, open dialogue and went above/beyond.
Definitely recommend!

This practice is the absolute best! I had a dental emergency and they were able to fit me in at the last minute, give me a temporary fix to the problem and were able to schedule me for dental surgery only two days later. My thanks to Dr. Yurovskiy, Suzanne and Regina for helping me solve my problem so quickly!

Everyone treated me well. Dr. Zak explained everything so that I understood what was going to happen and what was happening as he worked. He allowed me to watch my cap being fabricated in the 3-d printer.

As usual my appointment for examination and cleaning was very thorough and was conducted efficiently and professionally. The entire staff is very friendly and accomodating which makes the visit to the dentist as pleasant an experience as possible.

First, I will say that I had Patty as a Dental Hygenist for 30 some odd years. She is hard to replace. But, Caitlin is in her own way made a new space for 'hygienist extraordinaire'!
She is highly professional, knowledable, kind, and very wise!
'Dr Ro' Ummer is is also highly professional, knowledgeable, and kind.
Also, they both take the time to explain things understandably without being condescending.

Great welcoming, friendly, professional and excellent work and care for your teeth! They are amazing. Caitlyn was so nice and easy to talk with and did an outstanding job on my cleaning.
