Dutch Bros Coffee

My experience here left me speechless (in a good way)! First off, customer service was amazing! An employee was in the drive through taking orders and he was so helpful. This was my first time and he was happy to answer my questions. Fast forward to the pick up window…another awesome employee! I tried the Hazelnut Truffle Mocha (iced) and it was the most delicious coffee beverage I’ve ever tasted. The flavors were perfect. It was nicely sweetened, yet I could still taste the espresso. I was still thinking about the drink several days later. Too bad there isn’t a Dutch Bros location where I live. Otherwise, I’d be in a lot of trouble!

As far as I could tell they only have a drive thru. There is usually a line, but the wait isn't too bad. Excellent coffee! Plus, they can make just about any coffee drink you would like. Their menu offers great items. They also have milkshakes.

It took me a while to come around to this place but when I did, it did not disappoint! Their hot chocolate is good and their energy drinks are awesome! My favorite is the Double Rainbro (strawberry, peach, and coconut).

The Dutch Freeze drinks are a great choice all year round!

The most favorite thing about this location (besides being so close to home) is every time I come, their service has been ON POINT! Friendly faces, always so personable, and they are always willing to correct a drink if it’s not to your liking! Had the pleasure of being served by Maile today, she was so sweet and friendly!

Great coffee and mixes. Love Dutch, it has been my place to go for caffeine. You can not go wrong here, The staff here are awesome and are always willing to please. Thank you guys

This location is always on point. They are so nice and love to just chat with you when your waiting. I prefer this location over the one by my house in West Jordan.

I can see what the cult following is all about! Pulled up to at least 12 cars ahead of me and was gone in 3 minutes. Hundreds of drink options to fit your craving. Great coffee and house brand energy drinks. The 'Not so Hot' Hot Cocoa for kids is a perfect option. I got the iced Green Tea this time and it was definitely tastier then other drink shops. The muffin top was delicious! I will be here daily moving forward.

The staff, atmosphere, and drinks are always on point! Always worth the wait! Staff are always happy to offer suggestions if you! It's really easy to get addicted to the atmosphere and drinks!

Such friendly and intelligent young adults working at this Dutch bros! It elevates my morning everytime I come here. It gives me optism for the future encountering these "kids" with such good attitudes. While the coffee is delicious and much better than Starbucks (Golden Eagle is my go to, if you like sweet and creamy coffee) the atmosphere and talking to these cute people is definitely the highlight. I've also never felt embarrassed or confused trying to order the right drink, which is saying a lot.

Fast service even when busy they'll walk the line to take orders faster. The blended rebel line is so good. It is a redbull based slushie with different flavor addins. I go here all the time. It is the best place in town for a drive through drink.

I love being able to visit Dutch Bros in any state that I visit. The associates are always in a good mood and make my visit fun every time. The wide variety of drink options are amazing too!

I go here all the time and leave satisfied each time, the employees are happy and always bursting with energy and the drinks are always good. I would leave 5 stars across the board, but the outside tables (where I usually hangout) tend to be neglected really badly and service can be a bit slow. Really great place, just need a bit more attention on the cleaning side of things.

Not going to lie I went through this Dutch brothers about a month ago, feeling extremely depressed and suicidal. I think it was probably the lowest point I’ve ever been in my life. I had been crying the last two days fighting intrusive thoughts and was getting really worried that I might do something stupid. I got out of the house to try and get some fresh air and decided I would go through and grab a coffee to see if that would help elevate my mood. There was a young gentleman that tried to converse with me, and I think upon realizing that I was not in a good mental state, he really tried his best to uplift me. I was annoyed at first exclaiming I don’t want to talk right now, yet he began asking me what I was looking forward to in the coming week when I said, “nothing,” he asked about the following week and if I was excited about anything in my future that made me happy. To which I said “No, nothing,” which as a mother - broke my heart a little bit more realizing I didn’t have anything to look forward to because I should look forward to my children’s accomplishments and life events. It was really at this point I realize that I needed to find something to be happy about, to be grateful for, to be excited about. I began to appreciated the effort he was putting into trying to uplift my mental state, because in reality sometimes when you are so low, you need someone to come forward and give you a different perspective to look at things from. I am so thankful and grateful for the gentleman that helped me. I really don’t know if I would be here still or if my kids would have their mom today. No was a regular at Dutch brothers coffee‘s everywhere I go, I have come to realize that Dutch brothers is an amazing company that seems to have a company mission of really following through with their company motto that we’ll get through this together they are an amazing company, and will forever have my business.

This Dutch Bros is the one and only for me. I don't often get coffee or anything at places like this. Ku’ulei is the best. She goes above and beyond for her customers and makes my experience 100% every time. #dutchbros>>>starbucks.

Literally the greatest customer service I have ever had in my life. All of the employees there deserve a raise. The employees are amazing and always helpful and seem to be enjoying their jobs. After going there one time they remembered my name based on the car I took through the drive through. I have never had a bad experience there and can not sing their praise highly enough.

The drive thru line didn't take long at all and the employee outside taking the orders was fast and friendly. My sister ordered a fall coffee and I ordered a white zombie frost. They were both really good.

Dutch Bros in Pleasant Grove has the most AMAZING employees! We've loved every drink we have tried but what keeps us coming back mostly is the awesome employees! JADEN, RAMONE, CASEY, CARTER keep on SMILING!

Friend and I had had a rough day, so we came here to order some delicious chocolate hazelnut milk, and were greeted by darling staff members who were so kind and friendly, They even helped cheer us up. Thank you for employing wonderful human beings who know how to treat customers with special attention. Kudos to the staff at the Pleasant Grove location! Shout out to Victoria for serving us. You are an amazing person, you made our day! ❤

Today they open right by my house and I am in big trouble. I’ve never been before so I had no idea what to order. The girls helping me were so sweet and I took her recommendation on her favorite smoothie and it is so good. Peach raspberry for the win. And the guy at the window gave me a lot of information as well, and it was just so sweet to have helpful smiling staff!!!!!

Jo deserves a raise for how meticulous she made our rebel eclipses! 🌒🥤 they turned out so pretty! Absolutely love this location, easy to access, quick drive through, never had to wait longer than 15 minutes on a busy Saturday. Koolay is the best! She deserves a raise! I was having the worst night because I broke up with my boyfriend. I came to Dutch Bros and Koolay made it all better! Her customer service is on point!
