Crayon Campus

So happy we found Crayon Campus!

Our previous daycare had staffing struggles which ultimately lead to abrupt classroom closures and us scrambling to find a new daycare asap for my almost 18 month old - which is nearly impossible in this area with most centers having waitlists for 1-2 years out.

I heard about Crayon Campus from another mom (who had also been displaced by the old daycare earlier in the year) and she suggested I give them a call, and I am SO glad I did!

I spoke with the director, Kat, who instantly went out of her way to look at projections and was able to secure a full time spot for my child to start only 2 weeks later! As if that wasn’t miraculous enough, she was then able to find a way for him to start a week earlier when we were unexpectedly cut from our old daycare early. She was so calming and welcoming, I knew we were in the right hands.

The Crayon Campus space is clean, vibrant, and fun! The rooms are thoughtfully set up with age appropriate space and toys. I especially like the larger community space centered in the middle of a few of the toddler rooms that will allow for physical activity and exploration in the colder months.

I'm very impressed with Inspire! Crayon Campus. The entire staff is very welcoming and supportive. My son and I instantly felt at home. I know he's in great hands - where he'll be safe and cared for while having so much fun. Also, their facilities are clean and well-kept. We have had a very positive experience at Crayon Campus! Miss Courtney and entire infant team did a wonderful job helping our daughter transition to daycare, and now she eats, plays, and naps so well while she is in their care. The directors, Kat and Christian, have also been very helpful to us as new parents.

The whole team at Crayon Campus is amazing! My minion is in UPK. When my wife and I toured the facility and at open house we were greeted by the Principal Miss Kat and Assistant Principal Mr. Christian. During the presentation we were informed that the initial week to two weeks the transition during drop off might be difficult for both students and parents. They were 100% right I would later find out. But they also said after the two weeks your child is used to the transition. It ended up me not being used to the transition. Our classroom teachers are the best. Miss Jean and Miss Mikayla have hearts of gold. I know my minion is in good hands when I drop him off. Both are wonderful teachers and amazing people in general. My wife and I are 100% happy with Crayon Campus.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. Ms. Brooke and Ms. Isabelle have been my daughter's teachers the longest and as a teacher myself I have extremely high standards that they exceed them every time. As one example of how amazingly they take care of our child, she has some dietary restrictions and one of the administrators, Ms. Kat, balled up bread to make fake meatballs so that our daughter wouldn't feel left out. I'm so grateful that my child looks forward to going to school and that I know she's so well taken care of while she's there.

Working here has been an amazing experience. All of my coworkers and management have been super supportive and caring . I wake up everyday excited to go to work and help everyone make a difference in the daycare community

As first time parents my husband and I were very nervous about choosing the right daycare for our infant. We have been incredibly pleased with the care our daughter receives at Inspire Pittsford! The staff are so kind, truly care for all the children and are very respectful to the parents. Our daughter has thrived in the infant room and absolutely loves when she goes to daycare. We know we made the right choice with Inspire!

Crayon Campus is amazing! We can not say enough about the staff, they are the most caring and compassionate teachers ever. Our daughter came from another facility, and the difference in quality could not be more evident. The enrichment at Crayon Campus is top notch. The level of service and education never faltered through COVID. The precautions and extra effort on their part speak to the love they have for the children and their staff. Thank you Crayon Campus!

We love Crayon Campus. The teachers are amazing. It is so nice to be updated on the app throughout the day and see what your kids are doing. Love seeing them get outside everyday and all the pictures of their fun activities. The teachers are doing a great job with numbers, letters, colors, shapes, etc! It's a wonderful place and we are happy to be a part of it.

Inspire has been a wonderful school/daycare for both of my girls. My youngest has been there since she was 4 months old and I have seen her grow and flourish under the exceptional care and teaching of the staff at Inspire. They are so flexible, always welcoming my little ones even on non scheduled days when I am in a pinch. The management is super responsive and caring, and communicates with me daily. My daughters loved and still love Inspire, and look forward to going every day! I would highly recommend Inspire to any parent.

We have enjoyed crayon campus since day one (7 months ago at 3 months old). We've never had ay issues and our son seems to really enjoy his time there. We never worry because we know he is in excellent hands and enjoying himself throughout the day. Myself, my husband, and my son all love the caregivers in the infant room — especially Kendra, Ivanna, and Caitlin. My son is is always very happy at drop off and is always enjoying himself playing with a toy or one of his caregivers when we pick him up. He's been developing really well under the care and guidance of the people at Crayon Campus. We also enjoy the updates and photos through the app daily. We would definitely recommend to any friends or family in the area looking for daycare.

Crayon Campus is a goldmine! I was lucky enough to enroll my 4yo there after moving from another state, and he absolutely loves it. He is always excited to go there and happily marches in every day, and in just a few months he has learned so much. The staff are amazing and know each child well. They stay on top of all the details and keep everything running smoothly, even in this crazy time. I love being able to learn about my son's day via the Daily Connect app. And the kids even get a hot lunch daily! What more could we ask for? Thank you, CC!

We have been sending our one year old to Crayon Campus for close to a year. We have been thrilled with the quality of care and opportunities provided to her. The teachers are attentive and communicate appropriately. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. We feel very comfortable at Crayon Campus and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about the teachers at Inspire! Crayon Campus. They are so amazing! Very reliable, really love on our kiddos, and they are great at working with parents to tailor schedules and needs for infants, learning and discipline for toddlers and my goodness the things my 2.5yo knows! She can already name her shapes and colors, practices writing, puzzles, can recognize some letters and was singing her ABCs by the time she turned 2! They do an amazing job really teaching the kids. This isn't a daycare, it's school for our littles. Plus they have been great during the pandemic and have adapted so well and still found ways to keep the kids and parents updated and engaged even if they chose to keep their kids home for a while! They are just plain awesome. Our kids are very happy and so are we! Trust them with our kids 100%.

My four year old son attends Inspire! Crayon Campus. We are very pleased with the staff who works with him. He has special medical needs and the team monitors him closely and communicates with us daily. Previous to his diagnosis, we utilized a different center that would no longer allow him to attend after his diagnosis. Conversely, Crayon Campus supported our family through a difficult time with patience, understanding and professionalism. His teacher conducts reading and writing workshops with her preschool age class. My son writes his numbers and letters. Although a year away from beginning kindergarten, he has the skills needed to begin today.

My family and I absolutely adore Crayon Campus. The teachers and staff are so friendly. Our daughter gets so excited to be able to go to schools to see her friends and loving teachers. Most of the time she does not want to leave.

Heather at Crayon Campus made our family's transition to daycare a smooth one. She is warm and welcoming to all the infants and is clearly concerned that they feel happy, comfortable and strives to ensure they have fun. She offers just the kind of diligent and nurturing care that we hoped for when we chose Crayon Campus. We hope she stays at the center for many years. Highly recommended!

Our daughter started with Crayon Campus a few weeks ago. She was previously at a daycare that we didn't feel comfortable with. We can already tell that she's SO much happier at CC. They are loving, nurturing, and I love the daily updates. Thank you!

We started daycare here in the fall of 2016 and have really enjoyed our experience. The teachers and staff are very supportive and seem to know the children and families well. Nearly everyday our daughters are working on elaborate arts and crafts projects, which they enjoy. Our daughters' teachers also do a great job in identifying areas of strength and relative weakness and our daughters have learned a great deal. Other positives include that this was one of the few daycares we found for which our daughters can be bussed to Pittsford Central School District (don't have to switch daycare facilities when they become school age!) and Crayon Campus does a good job bringing in extracurricular activities (e.g., dancing, karate, swimming). We are very happy here.
