I love this post office. Employees are great and they will explainto to you everything. Front doors are open 24/7 and you can do self service after hours with machine they have in the hall. I move my PO Box from Colonie mall to Niskayuna, Schenectady County and I'm very happy I did that. Thank you for your service. Keep up doing outstanding job.

The staff is very friendly and polite. Small post office , not many workers . But, they work fast and efficiently. I absolutely love this post office. Plus , I own a business . I accidentally over ordered flat rate shipping boxes. I requested a pick up and they came on time and picked up over 30 large pieces.

I am so impressed with this post office. I live in Clifton Park and all of the local passport post offices had closed, but this one is open so we treked out as a family of 5 to get our passports sent out. We were greeted quickly and the attendant helped us for 30 minutes through all the paperwork and all of the issues. I am super impressed with this post office and will consider using it the next time I have a complicated purchase. It was worth the trip coming out and everyone was super positive. I mailed a package from the Niskayuna post office recently. The postman was very friendly and helpful with my package, and was also helpful with questions I had regarding passports.

Not sure why everyone gave such a bad review but this has always been the best post-office staff i ever came across. They are just awesome. Thank you so very much for all your help USPS. Most helping staff you can ever come across. The best.
