I need to start with that I've never filed a claim. With that out of the way, I've never had any problems with the Soller Insurance Agency.
To me it's important to have an independant insurance agent. That way I get honest prices from a number of companies. Through the process of getting new insurance I found the Soller Insurance Agency. They were completely professional and polite. They found a new company for my home and auto insurace, which saved me a lot of money. I saved so much that I even got a little extra coverage.
The Soller Insurance Agency seems to always be available except on the rare holiday that they take off. When that happens they email me before the holiday to let me know; and I think they give me information on who to contact if ther is an emergency.
Everything, in my experience, tells me that the Soller Ins. Agency is the best choice on who do do business with.
