(This is quite a detailed review) - I love this park!
This park is my neighorhood park, of which I have been visiting since 2008 when I moved here (15 years old). 3&4 is a great (private) park with an amazing community. It includes a pool (with a small little-kid pool), a playground (built around 2017), a large grassy field area with a baseball fence and a basketball area, a covered area for gatherings, hang-out, and birthdays/events, a parking lot, and an area of rocks that used to contain a playground. It has pathways from streets to the park, with tall evergreen trees surrounding the park, it is separated from the rest of the area and in the center of the neighborhood, so that the entire community can come together. Because of the amazing community and the park/neighborhood committee we have, we are able to have annual celebrations and events, like 4th of July, Easter egg hunts, Summer movie/gathering nights, food truck nights (new), birthday parties, and more. We also have a large and excellent swim-team with the name Monarchs for ages 4 - 18 (for members), along with the other Kingsgate swim teams, and we also offer swim lessons and free swim of course. This is porbably my favorite park since it is the one I am most familiar with, and it has the community and utilities and all the good factors you would want in a neighborhood park. If you live here, definitely become a member. I really love this park and I am sure many of you would as well!

Great park, use the dog park there all the time. Well fenced with a couple of different loops to keep the dogs curious. Couple of bigger areas inside the fence where they can run around.

Went there to pick up a friend and drop them at work. Only went through the neighborhood and at night but every house I saw there were very big and beautiful looking. A quiet neighborhood. Large development.
