The Olde Towne Tavern

This place rocks! Such a treat 😍. The food was quick, hot, and so good. I got the bangers and mash - not knowing what to expect - and gobbled it all up. Service was with a smile 😃 😊 and fast 🏃‍♀! We never waited for anything. Mostest bestest part was the music 🎶 and atmosphere. Just a little bit of everything and everyone. Great culture mix!

I stop in here maybe once a year and always have question why I don’t stop in more often. The food is always hands down delicious AF. The staff is always a good time and back patio is a vibe. Cheers!

I just finished eating my order delivered by postmates, and I have to say... this was the best delivered meal I've had in a LONG time! The food was hot, fresh and made with top quality ingredients! I will definitely be a returning customer and recommending this restaurant to my friends and family! I am thoroughly satisfied! Thank you!!

Went on a Wednesday night around 11 pm and this place was poppin! The atmosphere is amazing, even down to the wall art. I loved it🤎 Plenty of beer and cocktails to choose from, and the food is amazing! Will definitely be going back.

Came with my boyfriend and unfortunately only took a photo of our appetizer/my other half of my meal. That being said, holy cow was the hummus delicious. The pita was perfect. Super soft and perfectly warmed. All 3 types of hummus were *chefs kiss*

I remember when you guys opened and I stopped in with my Sister years ago. Wow! Been back a few times in the last few months! Great food, service and music. I really enjoy what you all do! I was in the business for a long time and you guys get it all right! Appreciate the French Dip! The Tavern Salad w/ Beets though might be my favorite. Quite simply, Thank You!!

My pictures aren’t as appealing since I ate all the good food and then thought to leave this review. Pulled pork sliders were good and my side of Mac and cheese was killer. Had the hummus appetizer, but it was devoured in seconds. Good music and atmosphere and super good customer service. No complaints here.

Visited 𝐎𝐋𝐃 𝐓𝐎𝐖𝐍𝐄 𝐓𝐀𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐍 with my family. We ordered a couple of drinks but the highlight of the night were the Buffalo baked crispy bone in wings 🍗 🤤. I believe I ate them within 2 mins. The bar was packed and everyone including myself was satisfied with the service. Highly recommend.

Olde Towne Tavern is a hidden gem on the east side of Columbus. Abundant on-street parking on S 18th. We walked in on a Friday night@8p but it wasn’t very crowded. We sat out on the back patio which was very nice. The nachos (see picture) were as mountainous as we had been told to expect. The waitresses were busy but still attentive. Best of all, they had an organic chocolate stout (see other pictures) that I had not had the pleasure of drinking before. Possibly the best chocolate stout I’ve ever had.

All-in-all, a great experience in a comfortable spot that enables good conversation. We’ll definitely be back to explore more of their menu.

The food and service are excellent. I have had lunch here 4 times in the last two weeks and everything was great. I crave their food and always a great daily special. I am an ex-chef and not easily impressed. This is a great local spot. Thanks so much!!

Loved the outside seating and the firepit. It was a great mix of people in the place wasn't too packed. We were lucky enough to grab a table outside and have a couple drinks and snacks. The nachos are pretty good for bar food. It's in one of the most Charming areas in that neighborhood.

It's as you might expect for a tavern. Decent happy hour and a few vegan options. Most of the servers are very nice, though the one guy is a bit surly.

It was a chaotic night when we went, but those women handled the night like total bosses. It was a cute, fun vibe will definitely come again when we’re out in Columbus next time.

Great place to grab a bite and some beverages! I especially love their happy hour (M-F 4-7), when the drafts are half off and pretzels and the nachos are cheap and absolutely terrific!

I always have a good experience at Oldr Towne Tavern! The brie grilled cheese is great, the meatloaf special will require a nap after eating and today I ordered the Tavern salad with beets. The staff is really friendly and always make me feel very welcomed. Check it them out soon!

I found this place listed on a website for best happy hours in Columbus and it really was hard to beat! 1/2 priced drafts, $5 veggie nachos (huge portion!), and $1.25 soft pretzels. They also do $2 taco Tuesdays which we were too full to try. The draft list is extensive. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was fast, friendly, and inclusive. We felt right at home and will be sure to return when in Columbus!

First time here, wanted to try something in the area. Met a friend for dinner and drinks. It was clean. Attractive. Quaint. The wait staff was pleasant and efficient. Enjoyed the veggie nachos for happy hour and had the brie/pear grilled cheese. It was well prepared but wouldn't order it again. I will definitely return and I highly recommend giving it a try. I would be a bar regular if I lived within walking distance.
