Sunny Meadows Flower Farm

I purchased the Grab Bag of 15 tubers, as it was my first year growing dahlias. It seemed like the best way to get a variety of quality tubers at a budget friendly price.

The tubers arrived promptly via local delivery in the Spring and all had visible eyes. I ended up having a couple of repeats, but I didn’t mind as they provided an abundance of blooms throughout middle-end of summer.

Once I dug them up at the end of the summer I had at least twice as many tubers as I started out with!

We purchase dahlia tubers every year. In 2023 we bought a large number from Sunny Meadows and were blown away by the size and quality of the tubers. We had great success with their varieties and the plants were extremely healthy and productive. We averaged 18 blooms per plant during our long season.

I've bought dahlia tubers from Sunny Meadows for our cut flower farm in Wisconsin. They have excellent customer service. Once I forgot to add early shipping to my order and they took care of it with in minutes of my email. Another time I had a single dahlia tuber not produce an eye and they quickly sent me a refund. The tubers always produce amazing flowers!

I've gotten tubers from them ever since and each one has been great quality, with options for local pickup or shipping. Shipping methods kept the tubers safe til they got to me and I could wake them up on my own. Customer service is wonderful when questions do pop up and they're incredibly responsive. I had a tuber that I wasn't sure about having an eye and they walked me through next steps. Can't recommend this little farm enough!

I have ordered dahlias from multiple suppliers over the last few years. This farm is the ONLY one that both consistently has the varieties I want and 💯 percent of the tubers were viable. They were my most prolific bloom producers. Shown are creamy and black satin.

I bought Rock Run Ashley dahlia tubers last spring and they were amazing! Arrived in perfect condition. I planted them right away and they were my first dahlias to bloom!

Looking for dahlia tubers? I don’t think you can find any better than the ones you can get from Sunny Meadows Flower Farm. The tubers I got from SMFF were generous (frequently two or even three tubers still connected in a clump), healthy, and perfectly packed and labelled. My dahlias took right off in the spring and I had a wonderful growing season. I love that their varieties are more well-adapted for those of us who don't live in the PNW, and admire the way they run their business. Highly recommend!

We have been driving out of our way to Sunny Meadows' flower stand for several years now because they have the best bouquets and are so reasonably priced. Their arrangements are always beautiful and they have a unique selection that you will never find at the grocery store or flowerama. I am new to growing dahlias and started my dahlia addiction last year when I bought Valley Rust Bucket tubers from Sunny Meadows. Tubers were in great condition and produced gorgeous blooms all season. I bought 4 more varieties this year (Senior's Hope, Robann Royal, Cornel Bronze, and Brown Sugar). I love supporting a farm closer to me. My plan is to continue ordering from Sunny Meadows as my dahlia garden expands.
