Say what you will about these guys. I've had a couple terminal pickups and they've been great. Have to understand freight is a tough business. They seem reasonably organized and together. They are not designed for customer experience, if you want that go to the ups store. This place is for moving tons of goods in the most efficient way possible.

As I was very nervous to have an item shipped to central transport after reading all of the bad reviews I must let everyone know that they did an excellent job today. I walked into the dock area and spoke with a forklift driver who expedited the pickup.. I was in-and-out in less than 20 minutes!

Loaded in 15 minutes, paperwork took about 10 minutes, a lot better then what others have said, now improved, I guess.
