Upper Arlington Endodontics

I had a root canal at Upper Arlington Endodontics. Now, this is not always the most pleasant experience. However...the staff at Upper Arlington Endodontics were wonderful and made the whole procedure almost easy! They were on time, friendly, and explained everything so I knew in advance what was going to be happening. I hope that you never have to have a root canal, but if you do - Dr Oser and his team are the ones you want on your side!

I was very pleased with the professionalism of everyone in the office, but more importantly I was impressed, and frankly amazed at how completely pain free my root canal was. I was dreading the appointment for weeks, but I was comfortable the entire time and the procedure was quick and precise.

My experience here was amazing! First off, I want to preface and say I have never had a root canal done before. I was quite nervous having to get two root canals done but never once felt uncomfortable. Everyone from the receptionist, dental assistants and of course Dr. Oser were phenomenal. The staff was warm, inviting, and thorough. I genuinely felt like I was in good hands during my visit. I have not experienced any pain or discomfort after my procedure. I also received a follow up call checking in to see how I was doing, I highly recommend UA Endodontics!

My last root canal was in 1987, and times certainly have changed! The two teeth involved were part of a bridge, and I expected to have the bridge taken off. Not so. Dr. Lee drilled through the top of the bridge and into the teeth. She then did the root canals and filled the teeth with a temporary filling. I arrived at the office at 10:30, and based on my 1987 experience, I thought I would be lucky to get out by three. I was told to take Advil before the anesthetic wore off. I took the recommended dose one time. I never had any pain. I heartily recommend Upper Arlington Endodontics!

I am visiting from out of town and Dr Oser and staff fit me in the same day. They were so incredibly kind and compassionate, I was in an incredible amount of pain. They are true blessings. The front desk and assistant staff were very friendly. Dr Oser described in detail the treatment plan and ensured I was comfortable during the procedure. I was provided his cell phone number in case I had difficulties. I am extremely impressed and I’m on my way to healing and a great vacation.

I was thrilled to get in so quickly in order to address my issue and the pain I was having. Dr. Lee was fantastic! She and her staff were so very kind and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them if you are having any issues!!

Dr Oser has exceptional bedside manner. Dental care creates lots of anxiety for me. Dr Oser and his staff were kind and compassionate making my visit as comfortable as possible. Front office staff is personable with lots of experience and patience. Procedures were thoroughly discussed, and post visit follow up was timely and helpful.

I visited ua endo for the first time this morning and was so glad that I did. In addition to the root canal I had done on one tooth, Dr.Oser pointed out an issue with a nearby tooth to make sure myself and my family dentist were aware of it. That attention to detail along with the skill put in to making me comfortable during the procedure was just incredible. Props to the kind dental assistant and receptionist as well. Just an all-around fantastic office.

The care i received was exceptional. Excellent technique, explaination and very friendly staff. I had no pain during or after the procedure. Would highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Oser and his staff did a great job putting me at ease for my first root canal. He explained the process, gave me the right amount of pain medication and I didn't feel a thing throughout the procedure. The root canal itself was done quickly and thoroughly. After the procedure I experienced no pain or discomfort and the tooth has felt great ever since.

Hands down, the best endodontics treatment I have received in my 70+ years. Add to that the staff service was truly outstanding. And this is coming from someone who hates to go to a dentist. Thank you for making an unpleasant experience tolerable.

Hands down the best practice. From the front staff to the medical staff, I was super impressed. Wow, talk about old school awesome customer care. Dr Lee did my root canal, now I have had root canals in the past and had horrible pain.
I could not believe it. The procedure was so comfortable that I dozed off in the chair. Once anesthesia wore off fully expected to be in a lot of pain I was not I did not even need to take any medication. I was shocked! that is why I’m writing this post because I’ve had root canals before and they were always super painful for the next 48 hours. Thank you, Dr. Lee and staff. I am going to recommend you to all my friends.

Dr. explained every step of the process and made sure I was completely comfortable. Got a follow up call the next day, just to make sure that I was ok. This is the place to go if you want stellar service and procedures!

I found UA Endodontics through the Humana "In-network" directory and am so glad of that happy accident. The staff is really wonderful - calling them is delightful (and usually that is NOT the case at a doctor's office). The dentists listen, are very professional, and collaborate with your general dentist to determine the best options. Great experience.

All proceeded as planned. They explained what they would do and they did it. No unfortunate surprises. Despite the horror stories from friends, my procedure went well. Even the Novocain injections didn’t hurt. I only took pain meds that afternoon and before bed, then next morning. Then my tooth with the root canal was better. I recommend them if you need their service’s.

Nobody has a positive view on Root Canals but WOW did Upper Arlington Endodontics make it positive.

I was having severe tooth pain and the ladies at the front desk went completely out of their way to make it work and squeeze me in to their busy schedule that day. I had called multiple other places and no one would even try to make it work in their schedule. The dental assistant who took the x-rays was incredibly kind and nice as well. Dr. Oser then made the entire experience delightful (yes, I am calling a root canal delightful) and talked me through the entire process. He explained what was going on and took the time to make sure I was comfortable before he began.

People tell you a root canal is terrible but the kind people at Upper Arlington Endodontics made it a breeze! I have had fillings with dentist that are worse! I would 1000% recommend the entire team at Upper Arlington Endodontics to everyone and I will go out of my way to come back here if I ever have to get another root canal!

Dr Lee was so informative and reassuring in the consultation, explaining exactly what I should expect and provided advice on how to properly prepare for a smooth experience with a root canal. On the day of the root canal procedure, I had a lovely experience with Dr Lee, which is especially joyful for me because I experience heavy anxiety around dental work. In fact, my anxiety about this was so bad that I avoided this root canal for almost a decade. She made me feel super comfortable during the procedure, and it was pain-free! I feel that Dr Lee has contributed greatly to what I hope will be a future with less doctor-related anxiety. Thank you!

I am an apprehensive person when it comes to dental care so when I found out my root canal had become infected and spread to my bone I was very nervous to receive treatment. My dentist referred me to Upper Arlington Endodontics, Dr. Oser. From start to finish it was everything you would want in a dental visit. Christy the receptionist was very patient and got me in immediately due to my pain level and very quickly worked with my insurance to let me know ahead of time exactly what my cost would be. Katie the dental assistant was so kind and patient with my apprehension and had such a great personality she even had me smiling and forgetting my fears and concerns and she called the very next day to check up on me! Dr. Oser himself explained everything that was going to happen and kept me up to date thru the entire procedure. He was quick, efficient, and I experienced minimum discomfort. It has been 2 days since the procedure and I have not had any pain. There has been swelling of course but it is not uncomfortable. I have complete confidence in this practice and would mot hesitate to go back. I strongly recommend them for anyone who needs endodontic care. If I could give 10 stars I would.
