Giovana failed to file our taxes on time, two years in a row. Her staff and her are not on the same page and depending who you talk to you’ll get different answers about what’s missing or needed or submitted. We only received one invoice and have never been provided with itemized statement of costs for supposed thousands of dollars of work, for taxes that were never filed. Our documents are held hostage and there is still no bill for us to settle. Don’t be fooled by pages long rambling emotional emails from her and her staff; do not trust this business with your finances. Get your self a CERTIFIED and licensed CPA, don’t make our mistake of discovering too late that there are no protections when your dealing with an unlicensed accountant.
