Not even gonna lie, food is fire. I go to Brooklyn tech and when I come back home. This place is so nice, everything about it is amazing l. I can start off with the food first, amazing lo mein. It just melts in your mouth, the owner face us free spring rolls out of kindness, when you go to taste of china, get ready for a blast.

Very pleased with this restaurant! Ordered last minute @ 10:15 when they were closing by 10:30. Ringed for a little so I assumed they closed for the night. They ended up calling me back right away to take my order! Food was hot and fresh. Taste was excellent. Will go back!

The owner of this restaurant was the most warm welcoming person ever, the food inside was one of the tastiest food and best Chinese food i ever ate. i definitely recommend visiting this restaurant. it lowkey deserves more then an 5 star, and if u need help with school come on sunday’s because the owner’s son is very smart and could help you out with your homework for free!!!

Best Chinese food in Staten Island! I ordered the Beef Lo Mein and BBQ Spare Ribs for lunch today, and the food was delicious! Staff was very friendly, and I didn't have to wait forever for the food like the other restaurants I've been to. I highly recommend this restaurant!

My best friend recommended this restaurant to me yesterday, and I decided to try it. I ordered sesame chicken with wonton soup, and the staff was super friendly! The owner's son took my order and he was very kind and handsome! The food was fresh and the sesame chicken was crispy! I highly recommend this restaurant, it's a must try!

I recently just moved in into Staten Island and I’ve got to say, I had no idea where to eat! I had a friend reccommend me to this great Chinese restaurant where I ordered a lunch special of chickens wings with pork fried rice. I recieved my orders in under 10 minutes and the lady at the counter was very friendly! The food seemed fresh and the soup that came with the lunch speial was delicious. Chicken wings were crispy and pork fried rice wasn’t precooked as well. I would definitely consider going to this restaurant more often. This is a must try!

I didn't actually eat here, I went with a friend who's vegan and and loves it and says she gets so much for the price plus it's delicious/quality Chinese food and even though I didn't try it myself just looking at it I could tell it was 👌 and I could tell she thought so too when we got to her place which was conveniently only like a 2-3min drive away! Definitely getting some myself next time. She kept trying to get me to have at least rice bc she kept saying how good it was but I had eaten not too long before that and genuinely wasn't hungry so next time I'll be prepared with an empty stomach ready to down some good lookin ish on a dish 👅🍽. Still giving it 5⭐'s for now tho just bc of how good it looked and smelled lol. We have plans for me to try it in about a week or two and I have a strong feeling that my 5⭐ rating won't change because even though she's a vegan and I'm not and we eat different things she's still showed me so many things I would have never tried on my own and winded up liking them... which is cool and shocking to me LOL 😆. So I'm sure my rating will stay the same, if it stays five then it's a banger & I didn't change it on purpose 🙌

I came to this place today, the general tso and the sweet and sour chicken is very good, I liked everything about this restaurant and the owners and workers are very friendly. Reminds me of how life was back in my old hometown and this store really brings back some memories. I'm gonna come here a lot to get a real taste of China!

I ordered the general tso chicken lunch special. The portion is insane for something that cost $9.15 before taxes. Compared to other Chinese restaurants Taste of China takes the prize in biggest portion. Food was delicious! Also, I've notice that it's one of the few restaurants that has mostly chicken than breading in their general tso. The only problem was that I waited an hour for delivery.

This place is great! the staff is also really friendly. They know what they're doing and what they're talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is good. I come here often because is fast and delicious. If you haven't tried this place, highly recommend to give it a try. Won't regret:)

A really great neighborhood Chinese spot and even nicer people behind the counter. I always stop here to pick up lunch for my mom and I and I'm always pleased with the food. Great fried rice, soups, combos, specials and more.

I have been going to this place for 7+ years. Never had any problems. The food is always good. People are always very friendly and accomidating. If you want them to make your dish extra spicy or not so spicy; just ask.

I love this place, have been coming here since i was 7 when i moved around the block and over the years i would 100% say they are my favorite chinese place on the island and management and the entire team has shifted 3 times in the past 20 years and they have only gotten better! This new team is definitely the best! Love em!

This is my favorite chinese restaurant in the SI. They have the best wonton soup here.OMG,, that was so good.All of dishes are delicious and fresh all the time, was never disappointed. Usually they have a busy dinner time and need to wait a few more minutes, but it's worth it. Fast service and owners are very pleasant. Descent portion size too.
