Zombie Cross Training

I joined almost 2 years ago. I can say with no exaggeration that you will not find a better deal if you are serious about getting stronger and fitter using crosstraining. Dan, Devin and Amanda are genuinely dedicated to helping each member feel welcomed, comfortable and succeed in their goals. I was never an athlete. Not in my entire life. Crosstraining is how athletes up their game and I decided to start with it. It's hard, and I wouldn't do anything else. Great place with a good atmosphere, and people. Since it opened I've been getting the best workouts I've ever had, and gotten over the asthma I've had since I was a child.
