I started out with Progressive insurance, found Doug Fellows through a Dave Ramsey website that was helping customers with findings savings on auto insurance policies. I switched agents and Doug and his team began working to help find me savings. Two items on my policy were hindering me from getting the best rates possible. Now it is renewal time and Doug and his team have worked diligently to find savings and they have. I’ve been using AIS for my personal and business insurance for years. I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve used them for auto insurance, homeowners insurance, my business insurance, an umbrella policy, as well as obtaining insurance for my recreational baseball team. Every time I contact them they are quick and responsive in getting back to me. I had to make a claim on my auto insurance and the local office here was very helpful in getting my claim resolved. I highly recommend. They assist me periodically in reevaluating my insurance needs to ensure that I am paying the The least and getting the most insurance for my premium payment.

I literally cannot say enough great things about AIS!!! My agent, Douglas Fellows, went above and beyond to help us transfer our car insurance and home insurance to a new company effectively saving us tons of money! I honestly didn't think he'd find us a better amount than we were already paying. It was shocking! I was so excited! I also chose to go through him for life insurance and was amazed by the easily affordable price. He was always available and did a wonderful job communicating everything so I knew exactly what was going on and wasn't confused by anything. I was with a large national insurance company for over 37 years.
I switched over to AIS about 3 years ago.
I have been extremely happy with the number of insurance options they presented and the money they have saved me on both home and vehicle policies including an umbrella policy.
They have a proactive approach of saving me money when things change.
They have excellent customer service and are very responsive.
Whether you call in person or email you are communicating with someone in their office and not with a large call center.

Doug goes above and beyond to keep us up to date on the best rates for our policies. He is very understanding when I don't get a chance to get back with him right away and always courteous. Been very happy working with him and he helps us save hundreds of dollars a year!

Brian was able to save me hundreds by shopping the market and finding equal and sometimes better policies than what I had before. He was easy to reach and able to answer all of my questions. He also helped me cancel with my other provider once the new policies were in place making the transition extremely smooth!

Matt and his crew are fantastic. An old-line insurance company did not remew my auto policy when my son had one accident. I was highly upset. I called Matt and he assured me that I could get coverage. He quoted several companies and I ended up with the same coverage at a lower price.

When I call with questions, Matt and his staff always take the time to explain information until I understand. They are pleasant to work with and always return calls quickly.

We found Doug at AIS thru Dave Ramseys EPL program. We felt as we were over paying for home and auto insurance. We felt that maybe if we switched we could not get the same coverage for a cheaper price. After a quick phone conversation and a few emails, we ended up getting the same exact auto coverage and way better home insurance. It was super easy!
