Full Circle Property Management

I really enjoyed living at the apartment that I have lived at. Overall, the space has become a home for the last 2.5 years that I will be sad to leave. Reflections Dr apartments have been amazing to me. Maintenance has always been great and quick to fix any issues that arose. Granted, communication has been difficult at times, but it’s understandable for the number of properties one person manages. Safiya has gone out of the way for me, even through emailing issues she faced. I appreciate it greatly, especially since I’m an anxious emailer. If I plan to renew in Columbus next year, this would be a property I’d come back to.

I’ve enjoyed my 5 years here at jefferson pointe. It’s peaceful and issues are rare. The reason for the 5 star review is for maintenance member Autumn. She is truly fantastic! She is quick to respond, personable, kind, and has been great at fixing issues in a timely manner. She is a wonderful asset to any team. I hope to see her stay.

I have been living in my unit since the complex was built. At first it was managed by Ardent, and then Full Circle (Rickert).

I have had no issues that they were not able to fully come to resolution on. Minor repairs and such have been done both quickly and professionally.

The community I live in has both owners and renters, and I think that this creates a bit of an issue between the two groups, but that has nothing to do with Full Circle.

I would recommend them to both rent from and manage a property if I owned one.

As a vendor, this company is very professional. The rental manager Safiya Tyree has always been kind to us. She is a pleasure to work with.

Great place to rent from I have a Townhouse I rent best price in today's market no issues always fast to service and office is always polite and helpful.

THey do a very good job in a very tough business, as usually people who don't pay are evicted and unhppy

I have always received good advise and quick responses from Full Circle. For our association, we have always gotten a range of options to choose from for service contractors. I have only experienced professional re pore with the company and feel that the entire team tries hard to give the customers good professional service.

Full Circle has managed a rental property for me for about ten years and I would highly recommend them. They have always gone out of their way to ensure that things are taken care of.

I have been renting for 6 months and found it to be decent quiet and well kept until I started running into issues with parking spaces and the lack of consideration I received regarding my power being out in half of my unit for over 2 weeks now . When maintenance came out and tried to fix it they left a note saying an electrician will be out . Haven’t heard anything from an electrician, maintenance or the property manager . After calling a few times I just keep getting the same results ...NOTHING ! I thought a power problem would be hazardous and dangerous and would be priority for the property manager and tenant. No credit on a power bill , rent or even a small apology for taking their time to fix the issue. I can’t see in my kitchen or my bedroom/closet so if I’m paying $800 /month for a 1 bedroom there is no reason why I should have to walk through my unit with a flashlight for two weeks. I will not be renewing this lease. All it takes is 1 time for me . I pay on time every month and I don’t bother the office about all the issues I encounter in this unit. I lost 2 sister and 2 brothers to a house fire that was caused by electrical wiring issues. So I will not rest until I know this issue is fixed and safe !

Absolutely do not ever rent from Full Circle or from Dennis. Thankfully the property I live at is being managed by better people and will probably keep better track of records around here. Constantly getting notices that we didn’t pay rent, didn’t pay water, didn’t submit our renters insurance, late fees, etc. We disputed every single one. The first few months we were told we never paid our security deposit. How would you have rented out to us if we didn’t pay the security deposit?! No one was ever in the office. No one returns phone calls. I also highly doubt Sofia Tyree even exists. It took a couple weeks just to get a response to renew our lease. I wasn’t surprised when I saw the other reviews. Turns out, Dennis has dementia. You need to retire and stay away from property management.
