Mary Erney was great! Im so pleased! She went above and beyond to help me and my husband! I was in a bad car wreck and was in alot of pain. We were referred to Mr. Erney and his office by another attorney due to his experience and reputation in dealing with personal injury/ accident cases. I was not disappointed. He explained everything up front clearly (fees, expectations, timeline, etc) and went straight to work on building our case for the insurance company. It took time to get a complete file in large part due to the length of my recovery and cooperation from the OSU Burn Clinic (I also recommend - great people). Once negotiations started he relayed information and tempered expectations without delay.
