Lion's Den

I had a pretty traumatic experience with one of the toys. I called expressing my shock and really wanted to fix the situation so I could have a better experience. The manager Hannah was extremely professional and sympathetic with me. When I got to the store there was a bit of miscommunication but she was so kind and just made me feel like she cared about my experience. She went above and beyond and I left with a huge smile on my face. I felt like I mattered as a customer. I am more than excited for this toy and I had a wonderful experience there! Thank you so much Hannah for being such a kind hearted person!

Very large and spacious store. Large selection of items. The store clerk was very nice and she was very helpful and knows their current discounts and rewards, along with possible future savings and discounts.

been to most of the Den, but this one In particular on the east side of Columbus was truly amazing & beautiful place, the manager who was on shift that day was quite fascinating, beyond customers service reflection, I was with ma lady everything was at its peak……..thank sir we truly appreciate your kindness and help while shopping at your store .*¿*,’

Lots of variety of adult "novelty" items . good selection of discounted and marked down items.
The store front itself is much more spacious than the other location we go to, giving it a more open and not as confined feel.
Customer service was wonderful. Very helpful and professional.

Amazing employees! Wanted the outfit that was on the model and it was the last one and they went out of their way to strip the model and get the outfit for me. Love the vibe and highly recommend. Will be back for sure!

Came in on a Thursday night with a small group of friends. The only employee working that night was Mikella, and she was absolutely wonderful. She handled the customers in line and continued to help us. She gave the girls a small tour of highly recommended products, and the same thing for the guys. She made jokes along with us and I can tell she really enjoys her job and knows what’s she talking about. If you have any questions or are uncomfortable going in a store like lions den. Just get someone like Mikella to help you. Will definitely be coming back to this store.

Great service. No awkwardness at all. Can remember the clerks name there, yet he was stellar on information very professional. Told him I was browsing with nothing specific in mind after I had picked out a few items, we chatted at check out and told him I was working away from town and couldn't wait to get home to my wife. He then put together this really awesome lil gift bag updated my information in the lions den rewards system. Because I had a birthday within last 30 days he added 10 dollars onto my rewards. Overall bar none best experience ever in an adult store. Thank you lions den employee that I did get ur name. I make a point to stop again and learn ur name.

I came in last night, with a family member who was coming out dressed as a woman for the first time. They were extremely friendly, professional, and we bought a few things. I had not been to a Lions Den for probably 15 years at least. Boy, have they changed, no longer are sex toy stores some dingy place in a bad part of town. The place was spectacular, and I will be back. If you havent been in one for a while, it's a must to see in person. And unlike I expected, the deals were in fact just as good as online prices at other retailers.

Went to all of the ladys nights at the lions den and all were great but had the most fun at the stores that Jason is in charge of. He and his employees were great at making you feel comfortable and not embarrassed at all. He was funny at hosting the games that were very fun to play. Have to give a big shout out to Kurrie the manager of the Grandview store she helped out at all his stores and she was fantastic her and Jason went over and beyond at making the nights exciting and unforgettable. All his employees were great. So if you've not been there give it a try you'll definitely have a good time. So thank you Jason and Kurrie for making my experience at the Lions Den very memorable I'll be shopping there from now on.😊😍😳😄😛

I have always felt comfortable asking questions and your employees are laid back and always try to help answer the questions I always leave with more knowledge..
