Giving this review to Rob the maintenance guy, he came over to slate ridge and addressed every single item I had in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and highly skilled. People like him are hard to find so you guys better do all you can to keep him.

Got my thermostat replaced, drains fixed, washer and disposal fixed and more. Truly talented and all around nice guy.

Rob was very nice, came in and helped when my bathroom and kitchen sinks flooded,He had CPR come in fix it,then patched and painted, very nice,I got my bathroom back Thank you Rob you need recognized for your willingness to help and being able to get that job done😊🙏You gave me my bathroom back

Scott helped us out massively with our heating problem. Very respectful and quick to figure things out. Would definitely request him again!

I was really happy with the service that Scott showed when he came over to fix a few things at the house. He was very informative and kept us in the loop about what was going on in a friendly and professional manner.

Very polite and kind, they were in and out. Eric did very good at his job yesterday, fixed the leak on our heater.

Scott always fixes things super fast and efficiently! He was able to get my stovetop running again after a quick diagnosis.

After going to the Stratagem Management office twice within 20 minutes about not being able to get into the mailbox after the locks were changed on them. A work order was put in to have maintenance come take a look. Within a few hours, Two AWESOME guys Scott and Chris came and replaced the lock and gave me the new keys!!!!! Thanks so much guys for being so kind and understanding!

Scott was phenomenal! He made sure every issue we brought up was properly addressed and did his absolute best to make sure it was to our satisfaction. Went above and beyond, super friendly, and engaged in great conversation

Scott was the maintenance worker who came to assist me today with repairs needed for the home I just moved into! He handled the issues I had reported with ease! He was very nice and respectful! Hope that he will be the person sent on future maintenance calls!! Thanks Scott!!!

Excellent help from Scott to deal with a few issues after moving in! He took time to listen to my concerns, fixed everything he could, and explained what I can expect for the one thing he couldn't immediately take care of. He was also kind, cheerful, and a pleasure to interact with.

Eta: Got to meet Alan today and he quickly and kindly fixed my toilet seat! Lovely gentleman and very quick response!

Scott was great! My top lock wasn’t working properly and I’d been putting off asking for help for a while. Scott stopped by a couple of days after I put in the order, was super sweet with my barky dog, and fixed the lock right away. Loved sharing some dog pictures with him too.

Maintenance representative Rob was helpful, courteous, hard working. He went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved effectively and professionally

Emilio is awesome! Was very surprised at the unit he showed me, all updated amenities, very clean and told me exactly what to expect as far as the process. I was so impressed I applied the same day, got approved and he called me personally himself to congratulate me for my approval and when I’ll get my keys. Very happy overall with SM and love my new townhome!!!

Update. 03/08/2023

My hot water tank sprung a leak last night and I emailed SM maintenance very frustrated about the issue. To my complete surprise a maintenance tech came out the next afternoon and completely changed my hot water tank and installed a new one!!!! Not only that but he also fixed a previous issue with my dishwasher. I’m very happy overall with SM maintenance and give them an honest 5 stars!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ they’re very diligent in getting a tech out, almost the next day and resolve your maintenance issue quickly, as long as they are within reason. I even emailed maintenance again myself to thank them personally for their awesome work. Very happy tenant. 😊

Had some issues with my garage door opening and closing! A tech came
Out the next day, assessed the problem and replaced the garage door opener with a new WiFi garage door!!! Very pleased with SM and their maintenance team, They always follow up with you via email and let you know what the next steps are and resolve most issues very quickly!! Sometimes it may take a day or so but that’s only because parts may need to be ordered etc. Still very pleased with their work and appreciate what they do. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Scott helped me with a maintenance issue and he was awesome! He was so kind and his service was excellent. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I actually understood what he was telling me which I really appreciated as a college student who has a lot of questions!!

Alan was all sorts of amazing! I put my work order in and within 24hrs he was at my door. Came in and fixed my rocking toilet and my dripping shower knob all under 30mins tops. I’ll have to admit he’s one of the best to ever do it. Thank you Alan I appreciate you and your hard work!!

Scott and Chris were great! Very friendly, quick and efficient. They explained to me what happened and what they did, and even gave me some tips to avoid any issues in the future.

We just moved into a new property this month and have had a few issues around the house. Scott came out in a timely manner and went above and beyond! He was extremely helpful and friendly and was able to answer all of our questions. We definitely recommend his services!
