Stav's Diner

My wife and I visited a few weeks ago and then had to come back yesterday because it was so good. The diner is a small mom and pop feel and thats what we love the most. We've sat at the bar top both times and being able to watch them cook and seeing the care and detail they put in each plate is amazing. Cannot give enough praise and highly recommend visiting this gem. 🙌🏼

Stav’s is a hidden gem. Stav’s food is always 10/10. The breakfast is made to order and simply just fresh. I throughly enjoy the staff and the cooks ! Today I order the Bacon Egg and Cheese Sandwich on Texas Toast, with a side order of hash browns. Which was amazing. I throughly enjoy the buttermilk pancakes. Which are out of this world good. I don’t have enough words to describe how good the food is! But if you are looking for a sign to try a new breakfast spot. Let this be your sign to go! Pete the cook was amazing to talk to funny in his own right. Everyone just makes you feel at home! I can’t wait to go back and try more menu options!

We've recently moved to the area and have eaten at Stav's several times. Everything about it is a treat. The food is great, the atmosphere is great, the people who work there are great, and the patrons are great! (I sound like Tony the Tiger!) If you are in the mood for an eclectic Diner experience, try Stav's. You might have to wait a few minutes because it is a popular and small place, but relax and people watch. The food is worth it!

My husband and I stopped in to check out this diner on Sunday early afternoon on our way out of Columbus. As soon as we walked in we knew we'd love it. The staff greeted me with a smile, very friendly and kind. Diner is small, but that makes it even more inviting. The owner was the only one on the open grill. Staff members stayed busy and attentive. They all seem to work well as a team. When someone got up someone else was quickly cleaning the table, seating and taking the next order. We had a short wait on our food but it was totally worth it! The customers flowed in and out the entire time we dined. You can tell it is a local favorite. I love trying new places, but this one goes to the top of the list. It is really good. Another spot where the food and vibe are exceptional. We will definitely be back when we are in the Columbus area.

The location is on the small side, but not too small.. Very friendly service, good coffee, and reasonable prices. Stav and team are great at what they do. All these years and I don’t think I’ve tried anything except the stacker.. it’s so good lol

Nice, small, and modern diner. Modernly decorated with some technology as wall decor. Stav is the owner and the cook. He can cook! Special shout out to Ms. Kate and her lovely service. I purchased the breakfast combo number one and it hit the spot. Well made and delicious. Fresh coffee and oj. Nice and friendly staff and the customers seem to all know one another. Tight parking available out front. Decent prices.

Amazing!! First time here and it does not disappoint. A new favorite place to grab a hearty breakfast. Would recommend the French toast, blueberry pancakes, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, and the B.E.L.T sandwich! If you’re in Bexley, go to this diner at least once.

Stav’s diner is one of the best Diners in Columbus, Ohio; the breakfast is outstanding; I love the Howard French toast, with the ham, and scrambled eggs and cheese; all of their breakfast are outstanding; you can’t go wrong with any choice you select! Lunch at Stav’s also superb; anything you pick is grilled cheese, tuna or chicken melt, Patty melts; their club sandwiches, and etc. I give stab diner A 12 out of 10!!!!! I also love the staff!!!!! Ha

The 2 Chefs are amazing and the food is excellent. All of the waitresses are amazing women. No complaints at all. I guess it may be a little tight in there, but it's the intamacy of the "Diner" experience.

This is an extremely busy diner. We waited for 10 min to be seated, which was not bad. Although, very small, the food was great. The staff were attentive and the chef was awesome. The grill is right in front of the diner counter so you can watch as he prepares your meal. Prices were good as well. Would recommend this restaurant....only thing I didn't like was the staffs personal coffee cups next to the coffee pot on the front counter. You should not be eating and working..even if it's coffee. IJS.

Stav’s Diner is one of my favorite places to eat breakfast! The food is AMAZING, but the customer service is even better! Everyone who works there is so kind and helpful, they really just want you to have a nice meal. I recommend this for anybody who eats food to live!

Their breakfast is great and the atmospheric is too. Good vibes about this place and all the food comes out quick and made to perfection. The staff is attentive and very professional. The prices are very fair and the establishment is well run. I would recommend this place for quick breakfast if you like quality at a speedy rate.

What a pleasant surprise. We were in the area and saw this diner and decided to give it a try. I am so glad we did. I love good sausage gravy and this is the best I’ve had in years. I attached a photo of today’s special, they call it the stacker and it was delicious. My wife commented that the hash browns had the perfect amount of crispness to them. If ever in the area again we will definitely visit stavs diner.

Old fashioned diner with great food and great service. The guy manning the grill does a phenomenal job. The place was packed and the eggs still came out perfect. Challah French toast is the best I’ve ever had.

Very classic neighborhood diner feel on a weekday morning. Excellent corned beef hash and eggs. The cook, who I'm guessing was the owner, was present and detail oriented enough that he asked if I wanted my eggs on top of my hash, which of course I did.

My son and I tried Stav's for the first time today. The menu offers both breakfast and lunch items . Son had the club and I ordered the BLTE breakfast sandwich. Our server was friendly and never let our cupa get halfway empty. Our food came out in under 10 minutes , this with only one cook and a full house. Both of our plates were delicious. The club and the BLTE both had great flavor with crisp veggies and awesome bacon. The fries were crinkle cut and delicious! For both our orders and 2 coffees our total was $23. We will definitely be back !

Perfect small diner with excellent food. I recommend sitting at the bar to watch Stav himself chef it up! Great vibes and even better food!
