I had a package with the wrong zip code on it going here and even though I called multiple times because of my anxiety, the lady at the front desk never got annoyed with me, was very kind and reassured me they would redirect my package for me, and what do you know? Next day I get the email it’s in my town. I don’t know you’re name miss, but thank you for being so kind and understanding.

In the 3 yes I've lived here, I have never had a problem at the post office or with my Mailman! Brady goes Above and Beyond as a Mailman! He's friendly, efficient, and he knows us All!!

Had a package stuck in "Out for Delivery" when tracking. Called at 7:15 am and Cory (sp?) answered the phone. He assured me that he would call back as soon as the carriers arrived. After no luck, he scoured the post office and found the package between some equipment. He ensured that the package made it to me that day. Sounds bad, right? The fact that he took the time to go find the package in the facility meant more to me than it being a day late.

That is customer service. Something that many have forgotten.

Considering the amount of mail coming through our local post office, I feel the Lancaster P.O. does a great job. Keep up the great work! I appreciate what u do for our community. I can get a piece of mail from OH to California for 42 cents...what a bargain! Thank u for your civil service.

named Corey. He said he would check into it, and I received the package the next day. GREAT JOB AND THANK-YOU.
