It was a great experience,easy seamless.

Didn't have our paperwork done till the day of closing. Since I didn't get to look it over they over charged me $2,900 for property taxes I had already paid which I had to then complete paperwork and collect from the County Treasurer. House closed in December and I finally got the check in March. And the county charged me a fee to reissue me my own money back.

I am still irritated because Quality Choice was annoyed with me the day before closing when I was trying to figure out how much money to wire over for closing costs. A most unreasonable expectation, I know. It ended up being way too much which they refunded easily, but its just he principle that they screwed up, caused me more work then acted like I was the jerk. Never so much as acknowledged their poor performance. Arrogant, ridiculous.
