I have had excellent service from and interactions with Wolfe! I have recently had to contact them requesting information, modifying my policies, and filing claims, and in each case, they were prompt, friendly, and extremely helpful! I would definitely recommend Wolfe to anyone looking to purchase insurance or switch providers! Their rates are good, coverage is great, and service is exceptional!

I'm not writing this review because my insurance claim was denied, I'm writing because of the way I was treated and talked to as a paying customer who has never missed a payment nor have been late on a payment in the 12 years that I was a customer. Once I have been contacted by the owner of this firm with an apology I will update this review. As a business owner I hate doing things this way via google reviews but I was hung up on during a phone conversation and when I gave him the benefit of the doubt that we were "disconnected" I went straight to his voicemail a clear indication that he was finished with our conversation. Please read my long winded review.

After 12+/- years as a loyal customer to this company today I was left with no other option other than to find another Insurance firm to handle my homeowners, five cars, tiny home, renters and business insurance. After several requests by phone to have the owner return my calls regarding a question about a denied claim I had to email him telling him to call by the next day or I would find another firm since it was over a month after filing a claim and his response by email, “I tried calling and thanks for the threat”, my response, “this isn’t a threat!” by the way no phone call was received, after all this is the 21st century everyone has caller id and we do have an answering service. So today he called…and right off the bat he was very defensive and demeaning. He was yelling at me as if I did something wrong and not letting me get a word in to explain why I was not happy with the denied claim. I just wanted to let him know what we had talked about when we set up the business policy, I understand it’s their job NOT to pay out a claim if possible but I felt that we had this covered based on a conversation we had when setting up the policy.
This is very poor customer service and if I or one of my employees every talked to a customer this way I would expect the customer to do the same thing that I’m doing and find another company to take my money, plus I would fire my employee as it's hard enough to find new customers but even harder to keep a long term customer.
The staff at this company and the actual insurance company that they represent have been nothing but great over the years but the actual owner needs to learn how to talk to people correctly and when we have a problem to remember that we are the customer who are paying you a lot of money for insurance.......and don't just hang up on them when you're not happy.
Thanks to all the staff that has helped with the many questions and forms, you are the ones who make this place work and the reason the doors are still open today. Keep up the good work!

When good friends refer me to things like doctors, restaurants, insurance agencies, I usually do my research about them first. The first time I called this place, I did not have any problems about getting calls returned or about answering my questions promptly. That was 2016.

Then when you truly need them the most, returning phone calls are impossible to request. For the past 4 weeks, I have been asking for a return call from the insurance agency. All my calls have been forwarded to an individual and nothing comes out of it. I even e-mailed the owners. They responded and promised that someone will get back. I understand when family issues arise and things tend to fall behind when one returns to work. What bothers me is after several calls leaving my phone number at every call, I still do not get a return call. Customer service 2 years ago was great! Then all of a sudden, I cannot get an answer or someone to call me back and provide me with good customer service.

I will retain my insurance policies for now till some better agent comes up. I do not have any problems with the insurance company that I have, it is the insurance agent/agency - Wolfe Insurance Agency, that I am not truly satisfied.
