All American Store

I ordered a pair of Danner Fort Lewis 10" insulated 200G, my order arrived after 10 days of ordering with tracking in Canada. I looked for this model in my size and at a good price and this is the only store who was able to provide it to me. In addition they gave me a pair of Ecosox socks,,🙏🤩🤗. Really this is my first order, but not my last and the customer service is fast and clear.

In September I ordered two sets of Lamson steak knives. A week went by and I didn't get them. I tried logging on to the website, and my login wouldn't work. It was then that I read the reviews of the store, since I had not ordered from them before. I read some bad reviews and became concerned. There were several things that calmed my concern. First, every time I called, a real person answered the phone. You don't see a lot of that these days. Second, I got two emails--a lengthy one explaining what the problem was with my order and giving an alternative (upgrade.) The second was an email letting me know my order had shipped. It took 3 months to get my order--longer than I expected but well worth the wait. Happy 2020. I would order again from this store.

I have never had a bad experience at this store. This is a small, one-man store and he tries to do his best. I've heard him on the phone working very hard to please customers. You'll never get that from Walmart.

The Best Work Jeans Ever, work boots, tools, repair items for you to fix about anything. Your 🚽, 🚿, dry wall tape, duck tape, numbers & letters for your 📬 extra plug in plugs for light socket, build a light kits, painting supplies, Extension cords, A Wall of metal drawers full of nuts, bolts, nails, findings, screws, clamps to fix anything, things you need and Could Not find Anywhere Close (📷 I have store photos above) So, If they don't have it he will get it for you.. #It will take SOME *TIME ⏰ But, quality items in this day and age, DOES Take Time (it will get here) Our mailing system is not what it use to be at all. Big corp wants good stores like this not to survive. Not get good quality things at their fingers to buy. This store has to deal with speciality USA companies like themselves, to order your things. Not a big Corp. store. The people work at a slower pace to fill a order not this store. Then Mail is slow...
I really liked this store. I find what I need and more. I like supporting our small businesses that are LEFT for us to shop. You will too if you keep in mind they try to do for others.
Their is Knowledgeable people running this Home Town Store.. It's Clean, well organized & friendly. A Great find Here in the Town of Brookville, Ohio.

The employees are always extremely friendly and helpful. Very convenient to have a hardware store in town to avoid driving much farther away.

Mostly have what i need. A little more spendy than the big box store, but i will pay more to support a local business. Owner is a good fella. I shop here whenever I’m in town.

This is a great little home town hardware store. I've purchased salt and a couple shovels from them. Though because they are small they can be out of certain items, with that said they will do their best to get you an estimate on when they'll have it again. The staff is friendly and helpful. prices are moderate depending on what you're looking for.

This is the only store in town where I can find twine to wrap the newspaper for recycling. Very nice staff here. They are always helpful.

Rather go here than Ace Hardware in Lewisburg. The old man at Ace hates people. Where this gentleman is knowledgeable & is a people's person.

They do make keys there and there's no wait time @check out! Very helpful owner !
