Got helped by Nate (store manager) and Alexis (trainee) they were professional, friendly and all around a great pleasure to meet. There were some issues getting our phone setup to the network but Nate didn't let us leave until everything was taken care of. Great help and great customer service!! So glad we made the drive out to Whitehall, well worth the trip!!

First impression was I came into this big boost store and it was the best Boost store I've ever been in. Shout-out to Isaiah, he really helped me out in a pinch. Definitely recommend for everyone to visit this Boost. Very professional and kind hearted people.

Isaiah was the person who did the customer service for me, he was knowledgeable and kind and even though there's stuff I couldn't understand at first with the technology, he explained it in a way I understood. Also, the prices are very good and for a really affordable price I ended up with a better phone than what I usually got in the past for a higher price, the plans are very affordable too

Alexis, Isaiah & Nate are awesome!! This is a new location in our area & they far surpass the customer service of EVERY other store in the area ~ & trust me, I’ve tried them all 🙄 Thanks to all 3 of you!!!! You are my new store! 💛
