I periodically stop when traveling through, always good quality food and awesome service!

9/7/22 Attempted to go through the drive through and we were told it is mobile ordering only until 4pm. We decided to eat elsewhere. Parking lot was overgrown and lots of potholes, only a couple employees seemed to be working.

This place is the definition of great food and customer service. Everyone was beyond friendly and they really do put a lot of pride in their work.

The bartenders are great, very friendly and outgoing. They have free popcorn from a popcorn maker, which is great, something to feed on while drinking their good drinks. Music was mixed but too was Great. 2 pool tables, keno, tv screens and patio. This is my new spot i would definitely recommend it to EVERYONE

It taste just like Grandma made it!! I Ordered the Garlic Chicken with sweet potatoes, mash potatoes and apples. Man as soon as i took my first bite i started sweating (its that damn good). And the customer service was amazing.

The restaurant was clean and the food was great. Roast chicken is their specialty but they also offer other meat options. This is a cafeteria style restaurant where you walk down the line choosing your main and side dishes as you go. The main advantage to this is the service is fast and you get to see the food before making your selection. Stopping here on a lunch break definitely is doable and a great break from the fast food normal. This could be considered comfort food but there are also several vegetable offerings for those strong enough to resist the mac & cheese and mash potatoes and gravy. I Definitely will go back.

I love Boston Market. Always great experience and service. Not sure why this one isn't very busy but I always leave here with a smile. Most of the time when placing order at the drive thru- something is wrong or missing from your order, but I've been very satisfied with this location. No matter if I go into the market or go thru the drive thru. Service with a Smile!

There are a lot of ways to handle the Thanksgiving Turkey. After cooking out own bird, and birds, for nearly fifty years, we turned to Boston Market. Owing to our local Boston Market being booked we ordered our Thanksgiving Turkey and fixings from this store in Reynoldsburg. Early afternoon in most places on Thanksgiving is busy but this store was packed with people and about a hundred different things going on. In the middle of it was a young man running the show, named Ryan. His cool, calm demeanor aligned the different interests perfectly. He was kind, considerate and genuinely complimentary of us all. I had confidence my order would be promptly attended to and perfectly presented, which it was. I am grateful to have witnessed some outstanding customer service and management expertise. Thanks to Boston Market and Ryan for making our experience memorable. We will be back.

Always loved eating at Boston Market! Where we live now (Kentucky) doesn't have any restaurants in our area, but when traveling, we'll go out of our way to find a restaurant we can eat at. Even with the pandemic going on their food was way above our expectations. Had to eat it in the car, due to the restaurants being closed for dining right now, but it was so worth the inconvenience. Wish they would open another location in my state, so I could eat there more often, but they are still the best restaurant around for rotisserie chicken! Highly recommend eating there!!!!!

Food was delicious. Restaurant was clean. Hospitality was wonderful. Sheila was friendly, and helpful. This was my first Boston Market visit, and I will definitely be back.

Food is awesome even though it's drive through only. Ordered a large meal and they still were fast and friendly. Good job

Great taste. Price is normally high. Some locations cannot staff well, you might have to call to verify first if you are traveling far. My local location closed early and this one was still open.

I had a dental procedure done and I needed soft food. Boston market was perfect and the food is always food. The staff were all nice and fun to talk to.

Food was fresh and hot for being 9pm. Order was packed wrong but manager fixed and gave me a free slice of pie.

Friendly workers, delicious food! I had the meatloaf dinner, regilar size. Tasted great and filled me up!

We eat here most Sundays after church. Good healthy meal, reasonably priced, no wait, and don't have to fight the crowd.

The Tussing Road Boston Market is my favorite I live over on East Livingston but I drive to Tussing I like the service better they give you great portions very friendly people it's worth a little extra drive for me oh and I got the new spicy glazed chicken and it is delicious
