One of the best massages of my life. She worked on every muscle and used techniques I have never had done by other professional masseuses that felt amazing. Ended the session with some hot towels and then recommended stretches to keep my muscles relaxed. She cared about my experience and welcome feedback. The atmosphere could use some work since it’s located in a salon with multiple rooms with other chatty business. Other than that it was perfect. I’ll definitely be back.

Milgo was amazing. Honestly the best massage I've gotten in years. She was very professional and super helpful. I feel amazing after my massage. I will definitely be back and tell all my friends to come here. Top notch service.

I had an amazing experience here. Milgo is amazing and incredibly sweet. She made me feel comfortable immediately and the massage was wonderful. I will definitely be back. I used a groupon and she was very kind about it (noticed someone was not happy about it).

This place is a hoax. They are running a promo on Groupon. I bought two- one for my friend and one for myself, and I called them to book. They got me an appointment at first but when I told them it is through groupon, their tone of voice changed. The lady rudely replied saying that I need to book online. So I did book two appointments online with them. They did not confirm the appointment until the day before and then they cancelled my appointment, and the online tool prompted me to book another. When I did that, the lady called me to cancel all my appointments saying that " This is a promo offer. You cannot book 2 appointments. You can't bring your family and friends etc.". I asked her to please honor at least one appointment(I am a new mother and badly needed this massage for my body pain) to which she said, we refuse the right to serve anyone. Please go elsewhere and put down the phone before I could say anything. I am so surprised that such people even exist!

I booked an appointment with this merchant and 30 mins before my appointment I got a notification via email that the appointment was cancelled. The merchant called me once and did not leave a message to explain the last cancellation. I called back 4 times before the appointment to try to get an explanation because there was no message and I thought there may have been an emergency. I called back today and spoke with the merchant and she was VERY nasty. She said my appointment was cwncelled because there was no credit card on file and I explained I bought a groupon and did not use a credit card. There was no need to use a credit card nor did that list that as a requirement for booking. She blamed me for the appointment cancellation, and continued to say “I don’t understand why this is my fault, it’s not my fault you didn’t put your credit card,” said I was the reason that their clinic lost money, that that was a prime time appointment for her and her clients and showed no remorse for her poor business etiquette. At no time did the age old “The customer is always right” thought come into play. Even with my mistake, her response was terrible and never once did she seem apologetic about their being an inconvenience or lack of communication via voicemail. It seemed like she was more concerned with getting her money than providing a positive experience for her customers. She said the website sent out the cancellation and there was nothing she could do about it. There was no apology for the inconvenience either.

My main point to her was that she could have left a message to let me know why there was a cancellation so last minute. I would have rebooked or offered to pay upon arrival. It’s VERY unprofessional to cancel an appointment 30 MINUTES before someone is set to come in with NO message or explanation left. Even if it is an automatic cancellation, the client deserves an explanation and a simple voicemail would’ve sufficed. And then to say I was yelling and rude to her, I was not yelling but I surely was frustrated by the exchange. I explained I didn’t understand and felt it was rude for her to have cancelled the appointment so soon to when I was set to come in without providing an explanation.

She then hung up when I said I felt she was rude for speaking to me the way she did and that she should be more mindful of her customers. So for anyone considering booking at this business, you should be aware of the full requirements to book here if you choose to book here but also know her customer service overall and response to my inquiry on the last minute cancellation her business made was terrible. I would not recommend this as a service or place of business because of the lack of thorough communication and response to my calling expressing my concern and then expressing my complaint. I will not be booking with this business again and believe better service will be received at another business.
