Wonderful experience! I called at 9:45AM to input vehicle loan application. Spoke to Amy D (Blue Ash) on phone to provide app details. I was approved for loan in a few hours, electronically signed documents and was able to pick up my new vehicle same day by 4:30! Top notch customer service, very responsive and process was extremely smooth.

I've been a member at Copfcu for several years. Each time I needed a loan for my vehicle or for the wife, the credit union has always stepped up and took care of us. Sometimes that same day! Highly recommend them with their very competitive rates.
