TriHealth White Oak Family Practice

This is the best PCP that I have had. I know that I will be listened to during my visits.

I've been seeing Dr. Patrick Reilly since late last year and since the start, he's been attentive and involved in my plan of care. I had a few issues with a medication and he laid out all of the options, as well as other routes we could take. Along with Dr. Reilly being a great primary care doctor, the administrative, nursing and lab staff have always been nothing short of wonderful to me. I highly recommend the practice.

Dr Green and staff are the best, been primary for 30 years

I think this Office does a great job. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Brown’s for six or seven years and have never had any issues. They always make me feel welcome and always have an appointment when I need one. Not only am I a patient, but I have now recommended my adult son and he’s a patient. Five stars !

Dr. Green is by far the best Doctor I have ever came across. Passionate, listens, and truly does his best to make you well.
Everything about this facility, from check in process, to scheduling, has exceeded my expectations. Dr Green’s Medical assistant Marcy, is also just as top notch as he is.
I have also seen one other doctor in this practice, Dr. Reiley, and was also impressed.

I really like this office. I have always had a hard time with blood work because I am a hard stick. Both times that i have had blood drawn here they get it on the first try and don't have to poke me ten times and in ten different places. Good Job!

Doctors and clinical staff are great. Margie at the front desk definitely needs to improve in the friendliness department.

The newest Dr. Reilly made me feel belittled. I told him about my issues that my past doctor diagnosed me for the last 5 years. He not only made me feel like I was lying and misdiagnosed, instead he wanted me to get evaluated. I felt like he treated me like a drug addict. Just to add, I was diagnosed not only by my last doctor, but 4 other doctors as well. I will not be returning and now I understand why the reviews are so low at this place. I will not be returning to this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
