Allstate - Crystal Gooch Smith

Crystal and her agent Gwen have been my agents for over a year now. I moved to Columbus from Detroit and she made it so much easier for me and my wife. We have made a bunch of changes in our life's including buying a new car and home since then on top of the small fleet of vehicles we already had. Crystal's team have been a consummate professionals and have done a great job of saving me money.

Crystal is very understanding and works with me any way that she can! Even the claims department is awesome, I was very frustrated and they understood, not only did they take action but they also showed me empathy and reminded me they're on my side! I'm so grateful to be working with such a great team, I guess I am in good hands after all! haha...
