Don and Jovita are wonderful people, and they handle their business for the most part, since Don's passing the ability to assist, reply, respond and handle our inquiries and or changes has become a challenge, Jovita has more on her plate than she can handle alone and her two assistance, Michelle and Janice are not helping the situation. One is moderately helpful, thats Michelle. Janice plays games with you and is unprofessional. I have tolerated a lot dealing with these two and to say the least, Michelle tries, Janice takes notes, you will repeat yourself more than once for whatever reason, when she answers the phone she states her name if you miss it and ask her to repeat it she goes on the defense asking you your name like she doesn't want to have a mature conversation, in the passed I have called asked for Jovita and had her say when I ask Can I or may I speak to Jovita? No! then say she's in a meeting. No is the not what you tell a customer, you lead with she is in a meeting or is unavailable can I help? How many I help? May I take a message? she did this to me twice and I have spoken to Jovita Bailey about it for this reason I would leave them, when I call I am not playing, my time is valuable I run two companies, work full time and will not play games with an adult about money, coverage and the needs or my family. Forget about call backs, be prepared to call more than once, if you get them on the phone handle all your affairs with them right then and there a call back to connect could take days or weeks. They are over their head to me with customers/clients and need professional assistance to keep them where they were before Don passed. Update Jovita herself called me from the Hospital to see to it we had what we needed if she could be more than one person the world would be a better place. I pray she gets the help she needs to continue in insurance and it around as long as possible, a speedy recovery Jovita Bailey.

I had a very bad experience with insurance agency. I have been a customer for 5 years, yet they never appreciated my loyalty to them, and they tried to screw me over multiple times. Please don't do any business with them.
