If I could give a zero I would. Robert Ford and his associate Crissy Allums were unprofessional and rude through out. Crissy failed to communicate the actual quote and gave me false numbers to try and sell me on a plan and when I tried to cancel the plan she proceeded to text me 30 times in a 90 minute period at 8pm to apologize. Every piece of information she gave me start to finish was incorrect or fabricated. When I went to her employer about her erratic behavior he wouldn’t return my emails or calls and was rude when he did. They never cancelled the policy and took 1000.00 from my account and the told me to handle it with my bank or else it would take 7 days to be refunded. It has been a huge headache and nightmare. If you value your time I wouldn’t advice going with Allstate or Robert Ford agency. They are shysters And could care less about the Time or energy they have cost me to fix their mistakes.
