Great realty company! Craig is a very understanding businessman who gives people a chance. Been a tenant for 2.5 years, and planning on many more years!!

I lived at a Craig King property for two years, and I wholeheartedly loved my experience there! Craig King is straightforward and genial. Whenever we had a service request, the maintenance crew was prompt at responding and were dedicated to completing the request. Friendly, too! Craig's front desk was helpful in sending along information with regards to moving in, general reminders, and moving out.

When I hear other people complain about their landlords, I only ever have good things to say about Craig King. I've recommended him to all of my friends and I RECOMMEND HIM TO YOU!

I rent from Craig King, and my car recently got towed from the parking lot because my parking pass fell off. This was during the pandemic and I was out of work at the time. I expressed to Craig my unhappiness with what happened and that because of the current situation I was unable to buy groceries. Craig went above and beyond what any landlord would do and he gave me a gift card to giant eagle so I could get groceries. I have already signed a lease through Craig King Realty Group for next year, and probably the next year after as well. I don't think landlords come better than this.

After living with HT for years one semester with King taught me how a landlord is supposed to behave. My property was affordable, the maintenance guy was always floating around but also he was responsive through the online portal. The sense of security and the ease of living with this landlord were just what I needed while focusing on my studies.

Craig King gave me chance when nobody else would. Also very professional and patient. Their response time for any issues are very quick. Never had any issues with maintenance or the landlord. Do right by these people and they will do everything to make sure your experience is great. I would recommend.

Honest guy, great to work with

One of the good options to consider if you are looking for affordable housing in the OSU campus area. There are lots of options available ranging from studios and single bedroom apartments to four bedroom apartments. Prompt and courteous service.

He makes you pay to have the carpets cleaned at the end of your lease. He is structuring contracts that take money out of your deposit return if you don’t pay to clean his carpets yourself. Everything else is pretty normal.

It'll give you a decent place to live and for the price but god forbid there be an issue of any kind because they're no fun to deal with (especially Sherry the office manager). The place we lived in had some minor issues that we were grossly overcharged for that never even got fixed. There are better options out there for equal or better prices

Craig king is a Nightmare. He’s going to show your house all year if you don’t Renew your lease three months in. He’s also going to throw charges at you to make sure he takes you for all he can before you’re gone. He’s bad business.

I honestly can't thank Craig enough. If he had waited even 5 minutes he would have had my money and my signature on a lease. Thank God, he has the patience of a child and couldn't resist being rude long enough for me to finish signing the lease. The lease he gave had inconsistencies from what I had previously discussed with him and when I tried to call him out for these he was so upset that I had caught on to his scam. Avoid this man if you value your money.

One of the worst realtors I have worked with.

I had ja therapy dog for some ongoing anxiety issues. King refused to allow me the dog in my apartment. And told me to “get over it” and grow up. I filed complaints with HUD and other groups and had to force my way out of contract.. me and Harmon currently live in the welcoming community of runaway bay.

Spoke with King Craig himself regarding one of his college rental properties. He has over 70 units listed but only two units available. The King was unable to navigate me to a specific web page with any details of the available unit. He seemed incredibly put out that I would even ask to see pictures. I cannot imagine how difficult this guy would be to deal with if you actually rented from him.

Kevin K. Burdock Was rude, and because of that you guy's lost my business. I was interested in a property because my lease is ending soon. No thanks ! I assume he does not make much you can tell by his voice how enthusiastic he was. (Sarcasm)
