Wagenbrenner is not just about collecting the rent. They truly care about their tenants and improving their properties. My special needs brother has lived in his apartment since 2004 and never received this quality of treatment, until Wagenbrenner took over management in 2015. They have addressed every concern, and then some, whether it was paint, plumbing, replacing blinds, etc. They have been proactive in upgrading/replacing common area lighting, carpet, parking lot resurfacing. They have a very human approach and even checked in on my brother when I could not reach him (I live out of state). They have been amazing. We have been so pleased over the years, that in Spring 2021, we are upgrading him and moving him into a larger Wagenbrenner apartment. If you are looking for a safe, well kept apartment community that cares, this is the place to be.

A few years ago Wagenbrenner bought the apartment I am currently living in. They have a magnificent job in upgrading, fixing, and replacing equipment. They came in and repainted, put down new carpet, and replaced the lighting fixtures all in the hallways. They also upgraded the washer/dryers and put cages over the exterior part of our in wall A/C units. All maintenance is handled promptly usually within 24 hours.

I would also like to thank Blase for getting back with me about a new and larger refrigerator. She is a pleasure to talk to and answered all my questions. They installed it today. The larger refrigerator looks and works much better then the old one. The maintenance guys who came to install it, Mike and another gentleman whom I forget his name, are both very professional and knowledgeable.

I have never had any issues with Wagenbrenner Management and would recommend them to anyone. I would like to thanks all of them for there professionalism.

Current resident for about 9 months in Grandview. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with my rental experience so far. Maintenance guys are so friendly, quick to respond, and easy to work with. Rent is reasonable for the area and the unit is pretty nice. There was a small issue at move in with the apartment but management resolved the issue without too much hassle. I would definitely recommend based on my experience.

We have loved living here!! The apartments are modern and cozy and our unit also has a basement which has been amazing to have for the extra storage! The office staff are friendly and our maintenance requests have always been completed day of, if not the next morning! We have lived here a little over a year, have signed for a second and plan on continuing our lease this fall.

Wagenbrenner has been a great company to rent from. The office staff are professional and responsive. The maintenance team are awesome; always respectful with good communication and super prompt. Property grounds always well maintained, even some lights at Christmas! Appreciate the fob entrances to the building. Thanks for all you do!

I have been renting for only about 5 months and it’s been great. Maintenance is quick and friendly, usually responding within a business day. Rent portal is user friendly. The place is super nice and very clean when we moved in.

Wagenbrenner made the rental process really easy when my roommate and I needed a place fast. I've heard they can have wait lists for some locations, but they took time to understand our needs and helped us find a place. They are very timely and always available anytime my roommate or I have had questions or maintenance requests.

Honestly my unit was from the 50-60s most likely, but that’s living in Grandview. The heating bills are wild if you keep your apt. Above 70, I think I payed around $200-300 during the winter months and $40 for the summer. Kevin the maintenance guy is pretty cool and responsive, and the landlord Gina was pretty cool.
They actually gave me back a $825/900 for my security deposit though, which was a big integrity move because move crooked landlords take it all.

Simply Amazing! I am a two-year tenant that has been with Wagenbrenner since day one and never have I had people so willing, passionate and flexible as these guys. They are quick to fix issues and are respectful of your time doing it. If you want a place that has owners that know what they're doing and understand people then you'll be smart to check this company out.

Since I lived in my apartment before Wagenrenner took over, I witnessed the changes they made on my apartment and surrounding buildings: they are doing a wonderful job keeping the place clean, appealing and functional. They put in new washers and dryers, laid down new pavement for the parking lot, replaced old awnings, upgraded units and planted new plants in the front, which look very nice. Since I ride my bike everyday, I was upset that the old management company didn't replace the old bike rack that had bikes locked up on it that clearly had not been used in forever; but when Wagenbrenner came in they immediately got rid of it and put in a brand new one. Now I can actually use the bike rack. All of this and I still have a more than reasonable rent I can easily afford to keep paying!

Lastly, on a personal note, I had some complicated living situation that I found myself in and my property manager, Blaise, took time out of her schedule to help me and ultimately saved me hundreds. It just goes to show you that they truly care about their tenants and are NOT about making the most monetarily. You just don't find people that do that kind of thing these days. Those small acts of kindness really go a long way and have huge impacts on other people at the end of each day. Everyone is professional, polite and understanding; I just hope that my next apartment company is as good as these guys. 5 Stars, easy.

I have been a resident at the Windsor apartments for 6 years. Wagenbrenner goes above and beyond my expectations . It is a quality, well built building. The maintenance service is exceptional. I have never heard any sound through the walls. It is a safe and secure place to live.

I have been renting from Wagenbrenner for 3 years now and have never had a complaint arise. Roni has worked with me for years, and is always quick to get back to me and address any questions or issues I may have. She helped make a very smooth, stress free transition between leases for me and I couldn’t be happier with my new location.

I lived in one of their units on N Star Road for 8 months and enjoyed every day there: friendly managers, timely maintenance crew, and the unit was great for the price. My fiance and I decided to be advantageous of the housing market and decided to buy in February. Our property manager, Roni, was very helpful with the process. She was very understanding on why we wanted to buy (in the middle of the lease my fiance was relocated to the opposite side of Columbus for work) and she assisted us on our move out stipulations--very reasonable. Roni was very quick to respond, kept us in the loop, and assured everything was fine. We loved our townhouse on N Star: the unit was well kept, the location was great for us, and there's a lot to do in the UA/GV area.

Eric is the best maintenance guy at this property! He is very kind and understanding and fixes everything super fast. He really makes this company better and is a good face for them!! Thankful for all he does!!

I have always been skeptical of rental management companies, but Wagenbrenner staff were fair, professional, and helpful. I rented my place on West Third Ave from a local family owner, who then contracted with Wagenbrenner to manage it mid-way through my lease, and I was worried. But they actually did a good job. They were quick to respond to maintenance requests, including same day service when my heat went out, and dealt with illegally parking neighbors and constantly barking dogs in an adjacent rental with professionalism and fairness. Roni DeYarmon in particular was very responsive and helpful, and worked with me to end my lease early when I had to move to another city for a new job. I would rent from them again.

I've lived in my apartment for 6 years now with Wagenbrenner. My rent has stayed relatively cheap, especially living in Grandview. Wagenbrenner has always been responsive when I needed a repair made or if there has been an issue with my stove smelling like gas.

Wagenbrenner Management is a great company! I really enjoy living in my building. The staff is friendly, reliable, responsible, and responsive. The building itself is quiet and cozy, well maintained and taken care of. It’s a great value in a great area! Thank you!

The Wagenbrenner Management Company was saddened to hear about the poor experience of Joe Doe while living at the Norwich Apartments. Our archives show no one with this name ever living at the property. With that said, we take all complaints seriously. What is correct about the review is that the property did sell - and that the Wagenbrenner Management Company no longer manages the property. The company offers several ways for residents to submit work orders for maintenance related issues and strives to respond within 24 hours.

Wagenbrenner management is a great company. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to rent. Based on the experience I had in the first year of leasing the apartment I decided to sign another lease. They are very accommodating to your needs and very polite and helpful. I have never had a problem with anything and maintence always comes and fixes anything you put a maintence request for. And on the weekends when you need emergency maintence they are also very good. My leasing agent, Blaise Murphy has been great with helping put everying together and helping me out with everything I needed. Rental office is super close and all units are in great locations!

I very much have enjoyed my time at Wagenbrenner Company Properties. Blaise Murphy, property manager, has always been accommodating and understanding, letting me pick up my keys a day early at move in and accommodating and polite with me during my move out. Quick responses to my service requests and the apartment was well kept and maintained. I would rent from Wagenbrenner and specifically with Blaise Murphy again in a heart beat. Thank you!
