For how late they're open, and the fact they deliver up to your hotel room even on floor 15, I'd consider this good pizza and service. Ordered at 11:55 it got here just after 12:30. Hot, full of toppings, can't complain. Order it every time we're in the city. I'd share a pic but it's been 10 minutes and the 2 of us already smashed the whole medium pizza lmfao

I'm in town every year and I don't miss the chance to get my pizza fix here. The crust is tasty... And I can get gyro meat on my pizza. This location used to have a lived in feel, but it's been totally remodeled since last year with more seating and looks very clean and neat. I'm sure to be back next time I'm in town.

The Best calzone's anywhere! All thier food is Great. Must have! Must try for any pizza lovers.

Hard to go wrong when I can walk in and walk out within 5min with as many slices as I can hold! Guys Pizza got that good pie! This is 1 of the few businesses that was not affected by the Downtown vandalism, and for good reason. They come thru in the clutch at 2am on a Saturday. 1 of a kind, top of the line!!😁

My go-to when I'm downtown, hungry and want pizza. I've tried their version of calzones ( guyzone ) ask for xtra marinara sauce, delicious...

Went there past 12am when everything else downtown was closed. Ordered a small cheese pizza. Service was quick and polite. Pizza was done in about 10 minutes and tasted excellent. I ate the entite thing in about 10 minutes, 5 minutes extra waiting for the thing to cool down.

My only other experience with this place was buying a slice to go and that wasn't that good. My guess is the pizza had sat out for a bit.

All in all, a good place for a simple pizza.

Fantastic place to grab a good pizza way better than most chains

Guys pizza is nostalgic for me from high school in the early 2000s. After school, they would sell sheet pizza slices for $1 or we would walk down the street to get $1 slices.

I ordered half sheet pepperoni pizza, chicken tender basket, and a salad. Everything was hot and fresh. The fries weren’t crispy, but that’s because this was a delivery. It’s hard to keep fried food crispy when delivering. The pizza was so good. Just as I remember in high school, but better because it was fresh lol! The salad was so bomb and so big, enough for 2 or 3 people, and all the toppings were fresh!

What topped the cake is that I was a few minutes outside of the delivery area, but the manager was nice enough to still deliver our food. We normally cook, but I was tired & didn’t feel like cooking. I also didn’t want to inconvenience them, so I let them decide if they wanted to deliver. The manager decided to do so himself and I am so very grateful.

Thank you so much for such a nice experience. I know now to just pick up, but I’ll come back because they went above and beyond. Not only that, the food was good! I think it tasted even better because of the amazing service.

Pizza was great! The people working had great sense of humor and had us laughing. They do awesome keeping it simple and fresh. Crust was just right and everything had great flavor. If we lived closer we'd be going here a lot more.

Their to go slices are so bomb !! Worth the price. They are open late and deliver on DoorDash as well. Love this location. Wonderful service too, esp late night.

The food? Perfection. The customer service ? The best! The man working was beyond helpful and so sweet! One of our favorite finds on our trip! Will absolutely be back if we were come back to Cleveland!

Some of the best pizza in Cleveland. The price is great and the pizza is even better. You can't really get a better slice for the price.

Nice place, great staff and I loved the pizza. First time in Cleveland downtown and that was the best place to eat for the first time.

Ordered online and was apprehensive about the flavor, never having eaten at Guys.
The delivery person was prompt and very courteous!
The steak sub WAS OUTSTANDING!! The pizza's were AWESOME!!

First time here. Called to make sure they were open since it's New Years Day. The lady running the front, Jasmine, was very aware and extremely helpful. The pizza by the slice was fresh and still steaming. We also got a deep dish and can't wait to try that too!! 10/10 highly recommended!

Awesome pizza! Cameron with the curly hair hooked us up with an awesome large pizza right before closing, such a sweet guy. Thank you for the tasty pizza. Thought this layover was going to be lame, but can’t wait to come back to Cleveland and visit this place again
