My case was not very big, but I never felt that Autumn or her team treated me any differently than if it was going to be for a huge settlement. The lawyer is harsh and doesn't care. The office clerk is the most inefficient person I have ever met - NEVER gets anything done on time. It took a few months to get each simple task done! Frequent change of staff...Note the good reviews are from the owner and her employees. Hmmm
