This is the first time I went to the main office. Its very clean and from what I can see through lobby window it seems nice on the inside. Young lady at front desk was very nice. Didnt have many issues while living on one of their properties. Nosey neighbor, a stalker and utilities being 'averaged' versus paying what I actually owed was a little disturbing but the building was nice and maintained.

A really great place to live, what's not to like. Great pool, clean fitness center, stylish club house, well organized property, well maintained, quiet respectful residents, and super friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoy living here.

This has been my home for many years. The location is close to bus transportation, many restaurants, general stores, schools and banks. A peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The grounds are kept nicely and I seldom see trash laying around. The staff are helpful and maintenance gets to an issue as quickly as possible. Unless it is an emergency. Pet friendly. I have looked at other apartments but Plaza always wins

They would receive 5 stars, however, the refusal to have online bill pay for rent and utilities is stupid. Seriously, get with the times.
I would describe the atmosphere as safe and clean, depending on the neighborhood. Grandview=yes, South James=no.

Not luxury by any means but I've lived at a plaza owned property for over 2 years and haven't ever had any major issues. The laundry room is really the only down fall of the property I'm at.

Unacceptable for a company this size to not have electronic payment system for the tenants. It's ridiculous that I have to drive 15 minutes away to pay my rent.

After moving to Dublin plazza the price is good for what you get.

Needs to have online bill pay.
