I was very happy to move my business over to Shawn's office. He and his staff are very personal and can follow conversations without demeaning or mansplaning .. which was happening at other agencies within State Farm. I was very spoiled with the Trotta family when I started with State Farm 20+ years ago. Shawn embodies their level of down home atmosphere while maintaining professional customer service.
