The store manager Brendan was extremely helpful with information on service and products offered. I got a very good deal going to this store, definitely better than some of the other stores in the Cleveland area! So professional!

I called the store to make sure they had a sim card for my iPad Air. I spoke with Emilio and he said they have it and I could come in today. I was greeted by Emilio and Darius and they were so friendly. Emilio was able to get my sim card installed, my plan updated, and my iPad updated in less than 20 minutes. Great service and experience! Emilio helped me with a new phone purchase yesterday, and he was awesome! I've never had someone care more about making sure everything was set up correctly. Excellent Service! Kai was my associate and she was 10/10 the best ! She walked me through the process of trading in my phone for the new one and she saved me a TON of money she honestly deserves a raise! I will be going back.

Kai was FANTASTIC! I came in to have my replacement phone activated and she was an absolute joy to interact with! I work in the retail industry as well and know how tough times can be. She got my new phone up and running in minutes while we chatted and had me back on the net in no time! 10/10 hooman, give this girl a promotion!

We went in to buy a new phone today and Emilio was a great help. He is very helpful and so sweet. We appreciated very moment of his help. He spent more than half an hour assisting us and making sure we were more than happy with our purchases.

Went in to get an Apple Watch and was greeted right away by the GM Ron Brown! Automatically he put me at ease and helped me with everything I needed! He even showed me deals that applied to my needs. Ron was honest and upfront with everything and I would definitely return to this location. I appreciate the time Ron took to make sure everything was good and that I had a pleasant experience!

Took my mom in to help get her old phone updated. The staff were very friendly and helped us find the best option to help her get on a better plan that would fit her budget. They were so nice, they offered her a chair so that she would be comfortable while they worked through getting things setup and make sure it worked right. Really appreciate the service that Ron, Mani and others provided.

Great TMobile store, fast friendly service. I tried upgrading one of our iPhones online and they cited a tech issue, couldn’t complete order.
I went to our local store (Clifton & 115th) and they took care of the issue quickly, told me to bring new phone when received along with the old trade-in and they would handle transfer and return old phone.
Kudos to store manager Ron and agent Emilio for great customer service!

I recently needed a new phone set up with service. Emilio at the Clifton T-Mobile was great. He was efficient, articulate , and focused. He was also knowledgeable and clear about every aspect of the service to be provided.

I was instantly met with a greeting from the entire staff (present). My initial purpose for visiting was a phone upgrade. Unfortunately, my preferred phone of choice was out of stock. However, that didn’t stop me from leaving with it. The GM (RON) took it upon himself to physically retrieve it from another location. While waiting for his return , sales reps AJAY, ZACK (I didn’t get the others names) were very cool and accommodating in answering all of my questions. I even learned a few cool tricks via Apple Watch. Overall, I left satisfied and would highly recommend!

Ron was a huge help in getting my data switched over to my new phone. He politely and efficiently dealt with me and other customers in the store at the same time. He didn’t treat me like the tech idiot I am and was a pleasure to deal with.

I've been having a lot of issues with phones these past couple months and Ron at this T-mobile location has been amazing. If he can't help me for whatever reason he is great about providing the right resources and makes moves to problem solve without hesitation. Truly appreciate this man's caliber of customer service!

I came here on Saturday evening around 5pm, and the 2 young people working were incredibly kind & helpful. They were a little busy when I arrived, so there was a short wait before they could help me—but it was totally worth it. Buying new cell phones is stressful for me, so I appreciated how patient & kind the employees were when it came to answering my questions & showing me things. (And I overheard them being just as kind to other customers. I’d go so far as to say they went above & beyond what most cell phone store employees would do in similar situations.) I wish I had caught their names so I could thank them here. I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for almost 15 years, and this was one of the best in-store experiences I’ve had.

One of the best locations I've been to, and it's in the area. I went in with one thing on my mind, and walked out happy. I was really pleased with the customer service, especially the store manager Ron, and an associate Mario. I'd recommend this location for anyone looking for a new device!
