I've heard a lot of bad comments on the post office, but I've had great services from them. I had a lady hand deliver in her car a package that was mixed up. I was super happy with it! She made my day!! She went out of her way and made things right. Hands down awesome!! 😄 (And they always work so hard in different weather all year round. )

I got my passport from this Post Office. I scheduled an appointment and was finished in about 15 minutes. It only took 3 weeks to receive my passport. I was more than satisfied with the service rendered.

I always have a good time there I’m in and out in 10-20 minutes mail is delivered on time all the time have a great day

This post office is a little dated and does not have a self serve machine. Also, there is no place to drop off medium sized priority mail packages after hours. The employees are, however, very friendly and helpful when they are open!

Just brought my computer in from the rain where they left it... I have an entire carport where it could have been safe. The shoes I got last week the box was busted nearly in two pieces. And this is the new carrier, the last one used to just deliver my mail to various neighbors, have to wait 3 more days to receive my mail because it gets sent back to the post office first.
If you go to the post office, it's a entirely different story, the ex-marine running the counter is in there talking down to the customers like they are unruly children on his playground. They block my front door with packages every time they bring them, I don't know how they don't understand I use that door to get out of the house.

If we get our mail at all is been getting here later and later. We constantly have packages not delivered with an update that says, "customer requested to hold at post office" just because they didn't feel like delivering it. And now, a package I have been waiting for, the status of it says it was picked up AT the post office, even though it said it was out for delivery this morning and we didn't get anything delivered today at all despite the daily email showing we had other mail that was supposed to be delivered too. Horrible

If I could get my mail from a different post office I would. Someone I know sent me some sample makeup and they don't know where it is. No I do not have a tracking number and neither does she. She mailed it from the Miami Valley area and I've been waiting for it for almost 2 weeks. Never had a problem with them until now and I am confused on where my stuff is. Nobody has an answer for me.

Still waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered three weeks ago.
They claim that the address is different than the mailing address even though the shipper sent me a picture of the package to confirm everything before he sent it.
I've only been back in this area for a few months now and I'm already fed up.

I would give 0 star if possible. The worst post office I have EVER been to. I paid almost $30 for one day shipping, not only did my package disappear, they will NOT give me my $$ back(even though it clearly says Mo ey Back Guarentee) . They were suppose to call me, have yet to receive a call, obviously they dont care about the customers NOR do they know how to do their jobs!!! Do NOT go here !!!!

Don't know what is going on with the mail delivery service. Not getting all of my mail. I got a card today, March 31, that was mailed ,March 16 ,from Middletown. I guess I should be thankful I received it at all. Pony Express comes to mind.

It's a regular occurrence that my mail does not get delivered. I sometimes have a package that says "out for delivery" and gets taken back to the post office. It's inconvenient when I have important packages for college.

Not handicap accessible. Tell you to drive to another city that has a accessible post office
