My family and I will be traveling to Ohio soon. I have been calling several places in an attempt to rent a rollator with a seat. This task had become very frustrating and daunting. The news initially wasn't good at this facility either and then the joy came. Precious, precious Claire called me back and informed me Premier Medical Supplies may be able to assist us. O the joy and I got a lil teary eyed. Now my 90 years of age mother will have all she needs to enjoy her family reunion. Thank you and God bless you Claire and Premier Medical Supplies.

I recently moved my practice from San Diego to Cleveland and needed exam table paper quickly as my amazon order had been seriously delayed - I was so impressed with the customer service here! I spoke directly with Cat - who helped me locate what I needed for my medical practice, told me she would get back to me with specifics on the order, and was prompt and just lovely to work with. I was able to get what I needed the very next day and they even provided me with a complimentary 16 Oz hand sanitizer (like gold these days during the Covid pandemic.) I’ll be using them in the future for sure!

Horrible experience I wish I never chose this place to buy my mom transfer board. Cheap and flimsy I was worried about my mom safety I called office to return it. Premier did not want to give my money back. So I ordered another board the price was $70 the order took almost three weeks. Once the board arrived it was just as Flimsy as the first board cheap wood I could have got the same board from Walmart for $20. I would never order anything else.

Even the manager hangs up on people. The receptionist also immediately puts you on hold without letting you know
