The team at Advanced Realty has been professionally managing my property for over 20 years. They have presented the highest caliber of tenants and taken meticulous care of my property. If you are looking for a property manager, I highly recommend them.

I stopped in to inquire about location of rental properties and availability. I was greeted with a smile and found great friendly professional staff. Not pushy or overbearing.

I live in one of the units on a property they manage they done very good at keeping up with them and handling any issues that may come up

The group are not welcoming to new comers. I've tried to be nice
But they don't play well with others if they question anything.

I pay my rent there, every month, on the 3rd of the month.

They have the worst customer service. It is strange when their whole business should revolve around customer service. They don't return your calls, emails, anything. I have had a problem with my bill that I have been trying to work out for 3 months and I have called at least 10 times to no avail. I have spoken with multiple people there and yet nobody knows how to address my problem. They don't even seem to know how to access the records or payments to my account. If you are looking for a company to represent your HOA or home, look elsewhere.

My wife and I lived in one of their units for almost 2 years. After moving out they stole $315 from our security deposit to clean the unit of normal wear and tear which is illegal. Look on BBB they have done the same to other people. They will do it to you! Don't live in one of their units and I would be wary of letting them manage a property I own!

I am a renter at Advanced Realty,and I did a remodel on the bathroom where I live for exchange for a free months rent now they are trying to make me pay taxes on the matirals they paid for and I think they should pay taxes on the rent I did it for not the matirals they paid for so don't do them any favors because they will stick it to you like they are trying to do to me.

Advanced Realty had been ourproperty managers since 2003-2004 and sold to Sentry Management in Longwood, Florida in approximately October, 2022. For the next year, we had nothing but problems: little or delayed response, financials 2-3 months late, mistakes in accounting. When we raised our dues, they were figured wrongly, i.e. some residents paid too much and some didn't pay enough. We didn't learn of this until we hired new property managers. The new company discovered the error. The entire year was a nightmare, one disaster after another. They sometimes didn't pay our vendors for 3 months. I would never recommend them to any condo association.

Dealing with a boundary tree, Advanced management did not assist with removal of a dry rotted tree. Since we shared the tree, I request that they assist with the tree removal. As a home owner I realized that for their owner's safety and ours we would remove the tree. The arborist was concerned that the tree would fall because it was dry rot. Advanced Realty did not research the true condition of the tree, or provide their land survey. You would think the management team would put more effort into the safety of their owners. It was a dangerous situation that we were dealing with and they were not supportive and uncaring.

I’m a homeowner with a valid parking permit and the Condo association towed my car and lied about why … they refused to return and avoided my calls. Don A. The owner said he would investigate and call me back and did not. Gabbi the maintenance contact continues to avoid my calls and gives unprofessional personal excuses to get off the phone anytime I catch her. And provides conflicting reasons why I was towed, changing them each time I call.

They refuse to show me proof that I was illegally parked and refuse to show me a valid parking map. I had to pay to get my mothers car out of towing even though I was legally parked in a marked Village at Bexley parking space with my permit showing.

The lack of respect for my as a homeowner and association member has caused emotional stress and loss of money as well as my inability to get to work or be mobilized (without my car) … I will be filing a law suit for those funds and will follow up with an update.

0 zero stars.. from the moment me and my children step into this place, they have been completely rude, even down to signing my lease. they did not want the home owner to rent to me, and it showed in their behaviors. I dealt with mice, poison being placed unsafe places for children. out of no where I received a notice stating my month to month lease is being termed and I have 30 days to move out, they also expect to me pay rent for the last 30 days or threaten to file eviction.

you did rent to me, and now you all are try to keep my deposit.. for absolutely nothing

Extremely unprofessional company. I have been hung up on many times and no one ever answers emails. If a house has this as a management compnay, we will not buy in the future. Your homes will go empty as long as they are managing the account. Mary is extremely rude and unprofessional. Good luck if you have to deal with her. They just charge our account whenever they want.

Honestly, if I could read this at a zero I would. We lived in a condominium for two years under this management company and it was like pulling teeth for them to do anything around there. I would have to call weeks in a row to get them to come out and trim bushes in the spring or do general maintenance. They never clean the gutters and we lived on an end unit so we always had water just pouring out when it was raining so we could barely get out our doors without getting soaked. Then we had the lights in the parking area go out multiple times and they would be out for months, which is so unsafe. There were rules like people couldn’t park their boats there during the winter, but people would still do it and there would never be repercussions. They always had excuses. I would never recommend them.

I own a rental unit on Worthington Woods Blvd (Olde Towne Commons Condos). This company manages this property for the condo association. If you are looking for a property management company, I would HIGHLY recommend that you look elsewhere! (Unless you like dealing with incredibly grumpy unhappy and dishonorable people!) They are just so incredibly hard to deal with and are very unprofessional!
