Brigitte really puts her soul into her work. It was my first time here, and she took her time to understand my hair and what I really wanted. Highly recommend going to her. She took extra time with my super long hair and gave me really cute layers.

Went here for a haircut. I have thick and wavy hair and just wanted a trim. The owner was very communicative and a delight to talk to. She did a great job with my hair (got layers, shaved my undercut, and styled with waves) and made sure I was happy every step of the way. Would go again and recommend to others.

Hi I was lucky to find Brigitte's Hair Studio for my mom. I read her reviews and could not believe how true they were. I have taken my mom previously to other hairstylist and no one could cut/color her hair to her liking until we found Brigitte. The color was impeccable, she got all the grays and the cut perfect as my mom is thinning on top, she made it full. Bridgitte is great! I was in Cleveland on a business trip and needed a haircut asap. She was very accommodating and squeezed me in to her schedule. She did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. She has a great personality, was fun to talk to and gave me the best haircut and style I have had in a long time. On top of that she was very reasonably priced, especially for having such a convenient location in the downtown area. If I lived in Cleveland, she would be my new permanent hairdresser. Easily the best haircut I have ever received in my life! Brigitte is a master-level stylist, classically trained overseas, with quite the eye for hair! She is a true conversationalist and will make you guess where she's from. As a client, I felt very comfortable in Brigitte's salon; everything is immaculate! I have never had anyone envision such a concept for my over all style. She checked and re-checked her work and only let me leave after making sure I loved my cut. It was very cool to have such a one-on-one experience as well as I was the only client in the salon. Brigitte books her own appointments and interfaces with each client directly. Brigette is an amazing stylist! Her craftsmanship and technique is unique and hard to find nowadays. I have had 2 cuts with her and each time, she is incredibly thorough and precise. My hair is usually very long with layers. It always looks and feels great for months after a cut. She listens to what you want, is reasonably priced, and has a wonderful demeanor. Try to make your appointments early since she can be busy. It is always a great experience and I cannot recommend her enough. She is a true hidden gem in Cleveland!!

If I could give a higher rating I would! Brigitte is incredible at what she does and I have never been happier with a hair experience. She understands exactly what you want and will take you there or beyond what you expected. 10/10 would recommend.

i have been going to Brigitte's for over 25 years, even after I was no longer working in downtown Cleveland. She is friendly, professional and always does an outstanding job. Her shop is clean and modern and she friendly, professional and her prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend her.

Bridgette was absolutely fabulous ! She took me in on very short notice ( within 30 mins ) and gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve traveled a lot and been to a lot of salons and I can honestly say her work is magic !
