Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Teressa took her time to make sure everything was in order and correct while Carrie's many years of experience guided us to aquire the resources we needed.

Staff (Ashley Reale & Patricia Smith) were phenomenal in assisting with a major crisis. Their professionalism and empathy during the process was reassuring. The case was expedited and site Director Williams, Feronne personally reached out, to clarify and go the extra mile in approval process with his personal recommendations, experiences with a similar situation; paying off with results. I am a United States Army Veteran and am very grateful for the help and assistance this office, personnel provided, when I felt lost and alone. Thank you so much!

The staff at the VSC are amazing; patient, selfless, and dedicated to helping veterans and their families. They always come through and do their utmost to meet our needs. Much appreciation to them all, with special thanks to Rahmin and Ashlee.

The Cuyahoga County Veterans Service Commission is an amazing organization, whom help and serve the Veteran community, here in Cleveland. The resources they offer assist veterans and their families in so many ways. My personal interaction with the staff was stellar. Everyone was professional, kind, courteous, and they are absolutely non judgmental to your personal circumstances. They truly showcased acts of service. Ashlee Reale is a true gem. Working with her - it was certainly apparent that she loves what she does! She was accessible, and her response time was speedy. My experience with Ms. Trish mirrored my positive interactions, just as they were with Ms.Reale. Thank you to all of the staff I encountered, from security to officers, you are all appreciated!

I had a great experience....the Lady name is Renee Holden who assisted me. She is very kind and patience.....If you get a chance ask for her-she's AWESOME!

I am sooooo thankful. Kimberly was such a soothing and wonderful woman. She is a wonderful representation of the great advocates that help Veterans when we are down. Thank you all VERY MUCH! God bless the VA!!

I was mildly surprised at how quick and efficient the process was at the Veterans Svc Commission while putting n new compensation claims versus using the DAV Rep at the VA… Melinda was very gentle,professional and pleasant while helping me.

Jeff Kobza took the time to fill out the forms & explain everything to us. He listen to every question we had and welcomed us to come back.

They helped me beyond measure in 2012. I was going through a tough time and they helped with vouchers for food, clothes and rent. I highly recommend them to any vet who needs some help.

I went to a job fair on 8/4, met Rob, who told me to come down and see if they could help me. From the time I walked into office, everyone treated me with nothing but respect. I met with DJ, he was amazing. I didn’t know what to expect, received life changing support with this program. If you are a veteran struggling with anything, they are there for you. Thank you to all of you!!!!!

Rebecca was awesome, helped us out quickly, answered all our questions and we left with a little help that was greatly needed.

This place is soo wonderful and helping they helped me get back on my feet when I was in a tough place. The service representatives are nice and not only help me with rent,food,and utilities but also put in good words for a new career. If it wasn’t for the Cuyahoga county veterans service commission there’s no telling where I would be today I’m sure in a real bind thanks Adam and the rest of the committee for being genuine people and helping fellow veterans get to where they can flourish. I recommend and veterans to go there and apply to get the right benefits they need to further their selves in life.

This organization is immaculate!! I received everything I needed and more. They’re very caring, kind and always make sure that they’ve done everything they could to help all fellow veterans and I truly thank them for that! Also I’d like to give Ms. Renee and Ms. Ashlee a huge shout out!! I am so grateful to come across these two amazing women. I wouldn’t be where I am now with out them.

I was out of work and needed assistance. I am a veteran but never needed the assistance of the VA until now. My financial service officer was Adam Boey.. He is an all around absolutely wonderful person with a caring heart!!!!! He helped me out TREMENDOUSLY!!! I recommend Adam to whomever needs assistance. Thank you Adam .
