I love doing business with Sunrise Springs Water for over, I believe, thirty years. I've been introduced to the company by the perhaps longest served customer, Lillis J now 98 years old. The company has always treated me very well since Malcolm, the delivery man whom I missed. Now blessed with a new delivery driver, Debrion, who is well liked. He is so nice and professional towards me and to everyone he comes in contact with. Not to mention a very hard worker.

Incredible service and very fair pricing. Switched from Kinetico for numerous reasons including reputation, prices and most of all customer care. The process is just as easy as the competitor down the street but my family already notices a big difference in how their hair and skin feel. Buy your calcite and salt here with a discount first Saturday of every month!

I had a free consultation and no pressure visit from Darrell who went above and beyond to the point of a follow up call the day after I installed some calcite tank components that Kinetico wanted an arm and a leg for. Kinetico uses propriety parts which they will charge you a service call to replace. Sunrise saved me money while improving the quality of our water.

We have been a customer with Sunrise Springs for over 10 years. Every time we have called we have been greeted with a friendly voice. I recently called on how to pick up an extra bottle since we ran out and Holly was especially pleasant and helpful. I also want to mention that the delivery service and scheduling has also been great. If we needed to move delivery months or type of service Sunrise Springs has been most accommodating. We look forward to many years of Sunrise Springs servicing our home.

We recently bought a pool and Lisa set up the delivery and made the process smooth. Dylan delivered the water and was very professional and helped to make sure it was filled correctly. We shopped around for a water softener recently and received the best price and information from Darryl who installed the job. We are very happy with the quality of our water and cannot say enough good things about all the staff at Sunrise, they all go above and beyond to help their customers. Ron and Cameron came out to install a water softener and reverse osmosis system in my home. They were extremely professional and such gentleman. They did a tremendous job and were excellent and honest with all of my questions and concerns. Extremely grateful for this company! Reasonably priced! Quick and efficient ! We keep a 5 gallon water cooler at home and always look forward to exchanging the bottles and getting water softener salt at the convenient drive through. Always a friendly face and everything is loaded into the car for us. Great service

Just an all around good company with great customer service throughout. Just recently I had a dispenser stop cooling, I notified the company and within a few hours the driver called me. I missed the call and called back after 6:30. He returned my call from home and had a new machine to me the very next morning. Can’t say enough about the great customer care. Keep on doing what your doing, and by the way the water is great too. I love drinking water that doesn’t smell like chlorine 👍🏽👍🏽

Have been dealing with Sinrise for over 15 years and they are always very responsive to all my needs and the staff is always very friendly and courteous, I have been using the drive through lately and Holly Gerski is a delight to take care of my needs and the fellows that unload and load me up are a credit to the company and the free bottle is a added satisfaction. My family has been buying water from Sunrise Springs for several years and we have never been disappointed. Some people say that water doesn’t taste, but this water tastes great! We also get salt for our water softener delivered. They always bring it on time and even carry it into my basement for me. The delivery guy is always helpful!

Have been getting water from sunrise for over 15 years. Great service and convenience of having cold water available at all times. Health benifits of drinking Great water when it is readily available is wonderful. Have had water treatment installed by Sunrise Springs that has shown Great results in our water quality. Use less detergents and the well water stains have vanished.

Burton Library staff has been enjoying Sunrise Springs water for years. It's great having instant hot water for tea or cold water on a hot day. Charlie brings us water once a month, he's always on time and a great guy to work with. He even makes a special effort to leave the bottles that have handles to make replacing bottles easier for us.

Just switched over from Chrystal Springs because of continued lack of customer service, poor communication between the office and drivers, and no deliveries (I was on auto pay).
