Thirsty Dog East Bank

The beer and patio were fantastic! Our Thursday night date night with friends has continued all summer and took us to the Flats! Seriously, the Flats! Haven’t been since the early 2000’s. (Yup, old. That’s me)

So, no time to waste. Hostess was AWESOME. She took amazing care to get us a table on the patio in a timely fashion,”Thank You!”
Our party enjoyed all of our drinks, the beers on tap outside were delicious, all of them. The ladies in our party enjoyed their Tito’s and Blueberry Lemonades, a lot. 😉

Our apps, Loaded Tots and Spinach and Artichoke Dip were excellent. Tots were the tastiest but we would have loved a few more tots. Dip was tasty but it was a standard fair.

Entrees were not a wide array, Cleveland Mixed Grill (pierogis and sausage/kielbasa) and two Nashville Hot Chicken sandwiches, and a Spicy Turkey Burger. We enjoyed our meals, very much. Great flavor and as described on the menus.

Our service was good, a few times we thought she’d forgotten us. All in all, a great date night.

Very enjoyable. We were there pretty early I n the day so it was quiet. The bartender was nice and tended to us right away. I can see this place hopping at night.

Great brewery, I had the jalapeno popper burger for Cleveland burger week and it was amazing! The jalapeno cream cheese went perfect with the fried jalapenos. I got the sour beer to go along with it and I enjoyed that and the view of Lake Erie from the patio.

Great time. First time here and will for sure be back. We went for 12 Dogs first tapping of the season and it was so much fun. Beer and food were good. Service was nice as well.

Waitress was friendly. It was pride opening celebration, so the atmosphere was wonderful. I went to support my best friends. At the Thirsty Dog I had the Raspberry whiskey sour, but it didn't start tasting sour until the end of the drink. I ate the All Nighter. It was 2 pieces of bacon, 1 over easy egg, a toasted bun, a potato cake, and a hamburger. It comes with cheese, but I preferred it without. It comes with chips, but I shared them with the table.

Some interesting brews and a cool atmosphere. We walked in during a blizzard and the service was warm and inviting!

First visit, food was great. Loved sitting out on the patio.

We had a great experience here. We went in around 1045pm on a Saturday night and were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was still open. Our server Jason was great. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and not irritated at all that we were the only ones eating. One of our group members wanted a flight of beer but did not know which he wanted. Jason said he would choose for him. He brought out a flight of his favorite beers, and they were all delicious. We really appreciated the time he took to talk and explain things to us. The food was delicious. Definitely get the fried pickles!! Yum! Would also get the pierogies again. The mac and cheese was the only slightly disappointing thing of the experience. For $10, I would expect more than what we got. We came here with our out- of- country family, and I was thrilled that this restaurant provided them with such a positive experience.

We had a excellent time at Thirty Dog. The beers are amazing the food was good and the view spectacular.

Pretty cool bar/brewery. We went here with our family last weekend as we were walking around and just stumbled across this place. Drinks and food are good. Service was kind of slow for our food, but we had a large party so we expected that type of wait anyways. Our bartenders we had were very nice along with the server we had. Overall, it’s a nice place for some food and drinks by the river.

First time at this brewery in the Flats and I was extremely impressed. The place is huge, with great atmosphere. And the beer is what you'd expect from Thirsty Dog, high quality. Didn't try any food, but the people I was with loved the food that they ordered. Looking forward to going back.

This is a great location nestled right along the east Bank of the flats. With a great view of downtown and of the Cuyahoga River you could sit outside on the patio and enjoy a great beverage and some food from the kitchen. The area is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and a tentative to all of your needs. If you're sitting inside the view is not quite a spectacular but still a wonderful place to be. Very close by to a variety of other attractions and easy parking makes this location one of my favorite pics. I certainly recommend this location and will return myself in the future.

Great pub food. Enjoyed a beer sampler. Excellent atmosphere. Large inside but has a great neighborhood bar feel. After 5 the number of staff and servers really increased so service was great. Can't wait until it warms up so we can enjoy the outside bar.

One of my favorites! Dog friendly outside with fire pits for those mildly chilly nights. Beautiful and clean bar inside. The smoked wings, fries, pierogies, and mac and cheese are amazing. Great alcohol selection too -- all brewed in house. Excellent service with good prices. Can't recommend this place enough!!

Truly amazing service, especially from Nicholas S. It was a super busy night but we had the best service ever. We were shocked at how fast he was and how he was always one step ahead of what we needed! We had a great night because of it. The food and drinks were amazing! Thank you!

Great experience as always. Blood orange is so good and even got to meet new friends and their dog , whom was on excellent behavior! Dog friendly. Great beer, near lake erie. Perfect fall weather!

Love Thirsty Dog! Their pineapple beer is so good. Make sure you sample some of the lesser known beers very good flavors. Great atmosphere too. Everyone is friendly and it's really comfy.

Great original beers, great staff, and great view! One of the best patio bars in Cleveland. The burgers are pretty great as well.

A very lively Brew Pub in a great location on the flats overlooking the Cuyahoga River. There is a healthy selection of their own beers on tap, as well as some great guest beers. The food menu was varied and had options for just about anyone. We sat at the bar, and the bartenders were a combination of very Helpful and knowledgeable folks, along with a few completely aloof space cadets, but it's a new place and it will take some time to weed out those that don't quite make the cut so I'm still giving 5 stars. Will definitely be returning in the near future.

Perfect view of the river. We got to see a great lakes freighter go by on the river when we were there.

Lots of interesting types and flavors of beers for my beer drinking friends.

The appetizers were okay.
