I go there for my cigarettes all the time. I'm not good with names, but I have been served by every staff member, & they always greet you as you walk in the door, & are all very friendly & knowledgeable about their products. Each one of the employees is super friendly, & have great interaction with their customers. They really get to know their customers quickly, & are very helpful & informative. I've never had a bad experience.

Jasmine at wild bills in wauseon was amazing. As soon as I walked through the door she was very cheerful and and just a happy person. The store was very clean and organized. I love going in because the cheer they have is contagious and puts a smile on my face. Thank you so much.

I often visit this location for personal reasons and as a courier delivering packages. I have to say that whenever I visit this location of Wild Bill's I am always greeted warmly by the employees and never made to feel rushed when making a purchase. On top of the warm, professional, and welcoming environment the employees have cultivated here, I would like to point out that both Starr and Autumn have been exemplary people to deal with, even going out of their way to assist me with issues with a device I was having. You guys rock.

I come to this location 1-2 times a week and the staff is always extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to insure you have what you need.

Jazmine was a great help. I was in and out in under 10 minutes with what I wanted even with the ID check. Friendly staff and good products.

Amazing place and friendly staff they study their regulars and know what they want everytime they walk in they are ready to go greet you when walked in and all 😄.

They have a great inventory of things to purchase. Always friendly associates eager to assist in any way. Arguably one of the best humidors in Fulton County! Love it there!

Employees are always super helpful and usually have what I'm looking for. If not they let me know (without even having to ask them) what's going on with the products and when they'll have it in, and are always so apologetic about it. They seem very knowledgeable about their products as well.

I’ve been an employee here for about 5 months, this is by far the best place I’ve ever worked. The manager, angel, works with any schedule I need to work around for my daughter, is open to scheduled days off if I need, all around a wonderful manager. I’m very happy with my experience working here.

Super friendly and helpful. I went in for cigars and it was pleasantly surprised they didn't try to up sell. I told them what I wanted to spend and that is what we looked at. They took the time and looked at several choices with me with no pressure or rush to buy anything.

Staff is very helpful the manager Angel had helped me more then one with producti just simply didn't know how to use she was very understanding and had no issue replacing and helping me understand how to use it lol. Great ppl

I’ve been going here quite often now and I have to say they have some of the nicest staff. I swear they are so friendly and helpful.

I would 10000% recommend. Tho I wish the discounts were better. Adrian is 50% off all glass every day. Napoleon & wauseon are only 20% on Wednesdays.

The gal that was working (don't remember her name) was very helpful! I just had a general idea of what I was looking for, and she explained, suggested, etc. Great experience!!!
