This Rite Aid store is unlike any other Rite Atd store. I've had to deal with pharmacies, like Wal-Mart and others. I really must state that this location in Wauseon on Shoop Ave is the best!!! The pharmacist are great, kind, helpful and easy to speak with. But, the other people the cashier, the pharm~tech and the stock personal are the back bone to keep this store going. Everyone there are just the best. I'm in a wheelchair 24/7, and there are times in the past when I had no one around to pick up my prescriptions. Matt, the pharmacist would take the time to bring me my prescription after he got off from work. Its really worthy in this day and age to be acknowledge as a customer with kindness. Like I stated, all of the people at the Rite Aid store in Wauseon I would like to say again. Thank you for your effort & kindness. I appreciate it from the bottom of my ❤ heart. That is why this store get 5 STARS....

The girls at this store are all sweet as candy! Very personable, attentive , and VERY helpful and nice! It's a pleasure to go into that store. Pat , Chrissy , Mandy , and all the girls exceed my expectation every time I am there. Ladies, keep up the good work!!

Hard liquor is hard to find around here at odd hours. Maybe all the time. This Rite Aid has a far better selection than the Walmart across the street or the Chief Supermarket down the street. Great selection of bourbon, gin, rum, and other assorted alcohols.

Every time i go to the drive thru I end up waiting long periods of time. They dont send the person on if their script isnt ready, they just leave everyone to sit and wait for them to fill it. This time there was no one even by the window for at least 10 minutes inside.

Stopped in this morning to pick up a few things. I was very surprised and disappointed to find none of the workers were wearing a mask. This seems very disrespectful to their customers.
